I highly recommend RS Suzuki Jeweler. I had a diving watch that needed a new battery and a watch band. I dropped by on a Friday afternoon and had the pleasure of dealing with Mr. Stewart Suzuki (whose father started the business many years ago). He already had three projects ahead of me, so he promised to call me when he was done. He called in less than an hour, which was surprisingly fast. He only charged $33 for both the battery and the band, including installation. I asked how much it cost for each of them individually, and it added up to more than he was charging. It turned out that he had given me a $5.00 discount. I'm not sure if it was because of my age or because I'm a local, but I didn't complain! Mr. Suzuki is courteous, professional, and a delight to do...

I went here because the battery in my watch died. Mr. Suzuki (I assume) told me it would take some time as he needed to remove [and replace] the watch band to remove the back of the watch. He said he would phone me when the watch was ready. I ran one brief errand before he called to say the watch was ready. I returned, paid a very reasonable amount, and left with my functioning watch.
