Uhhhhh how can I say that some workers know what they are talking about and some don’t. I went the other day to print some stuff and they were super helpful and let me print what I needed (in color) The next day I needed to print some more stuff and this lady said that they can’t print in color and I told her I was able to print yesterday in color and she just said they were not supposed to do that for me and told me she can’t help me print in color.
I was confused so I went to the printer area and it literally says if your printing in black and white it’s $.10 and if you print in color it’s $.25 this lady had no clue what she was talking about.

How come a few days ago those workers were the most helpful and nice people ever and then the next day this lady doesn’t know what she’s talking about?

-the staff is friendly except the one with the puzzle tattoo. she looks like someone's forcing her to be there
-PGPL is much more safer and quiet if that's...

I wish their quiet study room would reopen, but Covid messed that up so I’m not sure when...
