This is the second time I have been to this location this week and have received nothing but disrespect and attitude from the staff. When I came by the first time I asked for a brown shaken espresso lite ice. I was immediately cut off and was told ânah. I canât do that. It donât come like that â with an attitude I said okay. As Iâm sure maybe she gets that question a lot and maybe sheâs just frustrated. Then, she proceeds to tell me unless I went online a âbuilt my own espressoâŠâ I canât do that. As Iâm thinking she asks if thatâs it. I said âthatâs okay, I think Iâm going to go somewhere else.â She said âbye.â
I have been to 4 other locations this week who have made me a brown sugar shaken espresso with lite ice. No problems.
I go back today to Moore Dunkin annd order some food and I ask for a brown sugar shaken espresso. I get told immediately they canât do that. I told her I just was wondering why because other locations have. I got told they hav certain mixing lines.â I said âokay, never mind.â Iâm trying to decide and she hurries me along and says âthatâs it then just the bagel?â I said no that I was still deciding, she responds with âooooookaaaayyy.â I tell them what i any and she said âwith brown sugar?â I said no just a Carmel macchiato with toasted almond.â âInstead of the brown sugar espresso?â With an attitude. I said yes, I get to the front. I ask for a manager and she comes back with a younger girl who already has an attitude (not sure if itâs the girl I spoke to all the drive thru screen.). She asks âwhatâs the issue?â
I told her that Iâve come to this location twice this week and I told her about the brown sugar espresso. How a couple other locations do it. That itâs really not that they canât make it, itâs the disrespect and attitude Iâve been given every time. I told her Iâm not sure if that word is triggering because so many are asking it or what is going on but that Iâm upset that both times Iâve come Iâve had nothing but an attitude from the people at the window. She says âwelp. Sorry youâve not had good service, we have mixing lines so.â Then, turns to the girl next to her asking her âwhy did you grab me?â At this point Iâm assuming this girl is in fact not the manager and itâs the woman behind her on the phone. I said âthatâs fine. If no one is going to speak to me about it, Iâll just write HR about it.â She said âyou do that, good luck with that.â And stormed off so I spoke loudly for the manager to hear âthis is exactly what I was speaking about. The disrespect in this establishment is out of control.â
Iâve never in my life have ever been treated like that at a drive thru let alone a Dunkin. This establishment has A HUGEZ attitude problem. No one wants to take accountability and it sounds like management is completely okay with the staff being...

Staff there are always bad eggs in a batch. especially being a new store. we had a few people fired and better people hired. please dont make the rest of the staff feel bad just because certain people are rude to you. I apologize for them but not all of us are rude and I can promise that. also we are training more and not letting inexperienced people do certain things. weve learned from this. please understand we are a "fast food" place and its mainly inexperienced people applying for their first job. Donuts the donuts being gone or 'unfresh'. if you arrive in the morning and we have no donuts.. its one of 2 reasons. 1) our donut truck has yet to arrive / didnt bring all of them. we get our donuts sent to us from a warehouse they make them at. we do not make them ourselves. we merely decorate them. 2)people have bought them all. an employee will tell you typically which one it is. if you get donuts closer to the end of the night and were almost out or theyre not so fresh.. to be honest, what do you expect? if its 9:45 pm and youre wanting 2 dozen fresh baked glazed donuts we probably dont have them. considering they are popular.we can only make so many donuts due to supply and demand. 3) Hours yes. the drive thru is open 24 hours now. but we havent decided if its going to be a solid thing because we are basically testing it. 4)Running Low on Stock / Small Selection please do not be mad at us if we do not have what you want! for instance the ice cream. yes baskin robbins is known for 31 flavors. but in reality theres about 70. we have a stack of labels for our ice cream and there is well over 31. our store was only designed to hold 28 flavors in our ice cream showcase. if we are out of an item or very low.. its because Fridays and saturdays are usually very busy. we get a rush at about 6 or 7 pm and it DOES. NOT. STOP. until we close with a line out the door and around the corner. if we run out of bananas, ice cream, cookies, toppings, or anything it is not our fault. we have a lot of customers to handle and if we run out of something..we run out. we are sorry.

   Read moreI am an avid coffee drinker, so much so, I have become a loyal Dunkin Donuts customer over the last 3 years. I am at this location EVERYDAY. seriously, EVERYDAY. I am not exaggerating. I have been to EVERY location, Northwest Expressway, western, and mustang location multiple times. The 4th street location, has the nicest staff I have encountered. Misty and Megan that are in management, are so nice, and have the gift of GAB. They work so hard and are constantly running. They manage their stores well and keep them very clean. The team leads, Kaylee and Nathaniel, show great leadership skills and they always have a smile. They work long hours and push their teammates for greatness. Everyday I walk in, Kaylee is there, smiling and busting her butt! She would be good runner up for management. And YES, Depending on the time that you come in, (morning rush) YES, they do get very busy and get swamped with customers, just as if every other popular business gets busy and you have to patiently wait in line couple mins. No big deal. NONE of the staff has ever been rude, even when busy. With how long their line gets wrapped around the building in morning hours, their service is still phenomenal!!
