And don’t even get me started on the little details, they checked on me just enough without hovering, kept my drink topped up, and made sure I had everything I needed before I even had to ask. That’s top-tier customer service right there.

My wife and I opted to visit Fuzzy's to celebrate National Margarita Day.. It had been a while since our last visit..

They offered both 12oz ($3) and 18oz ($5) classic margaritas to celebrate the day.. We opted for the $5 variants since they were served in frozen glass schooners versus plastic cups.. That was the way to go..

My wife had her usual ground beef nachos with everything, and I had a taco plate featuring grilled shrimp and ground beef soft tacos.. I added a fajita chicken taco for good measure.. I opted for black beans and cilantro-lime rice for my sides..

This Fuzzy's location is nothing less than dependable.. Aside from a couple of very overpriced margaritas on a previous visit, we have been met with consistency as far as their food goes over all of the visits we've made here..

Everything we ordered was delivered hot and fresh.. The nachos were generously topped, the tacos had respectable portions of meats and toppings, and my sides were solid..

The margaritas were refreshing and added the perfect touch with our meals..

For a chain offering a Tex-Mex-ish menu, Fuzzy's does a pretty decent job delivering satisfying eats, refreshing drinks, great service, and a festive atmosphere for a reasonable price..

We'll certainly return the next time we're craving their particular brand of...

The food is good but online ordering is terrible.

The app has a history of showing curbside pickup as unavailable. Yesterday, we went to order thru the app, but curbside wasn’t available. Okay, we will do delivery then except the order was cancelled due to a “system failure”.

As the email stated, I called the store. They said they had to order, but I could come and pick it up. When I got there at the scheduled time, the order wasn’t ready. According to the employee, I needed to come in and order again. The employee said the charge had been reversed on my original order. Odd since the employee I spoke to when I called said it was paid for.

I went in a paid for the second order as the employee stated I needed to do. The following day, I check my bank account. Both charges settled. There wasn’t a hold, it was settled on the account.

For one order, I had to have four calls and an email to get this single order right. As of right now, the original order still has not been reversed.

Long story short, the food is good, but never use the app. When things go wrong with it, the employees do not know how to make stuff right. Ultimately, if you aren’t paying attention to your account, you very well could get...
