I don’t think I will ever buy from Jersey Mike’s in Morehead. I placed an Uber Eats order with them, and it was an absolute cluster. My protein bowl was full of things I couldn’t digest, our brownies were missing and it was just a mess all the way around. Followed up and called the manager, at least four times and was promised a refund or at least a callback and I’ve gotten no response. I called again this morning and was met with a manager that was incredibly rude, dismissive and slammed the phone down on me when she hung up. By the way, her name is Jasmine. as a totally blind, customer, taking photos of an Uber eats order is not the easiest thing. Now, Uber eats requires you to take photos no exceptions. Well Uber Eats has their policies, Jersey Mike’s did promises us some type of compensation and we have yet to receive anything of a $50 order. shame on Jersey Mike’s in Morehead, Minnesota on eighth Street. to add insult to injury, the owner replied, wishing to make things right, but has yet to give the correct email address. Usually, the food arrives hot, tastes great, and is awesome. Our last order was a disappointment all-around. My sandwich was fine…My brownies didn’t arrive at all, and my significant other’s protein bowl was the wrong bowl, and loaded with things we specifically took off of it due to her digestive issues…She literally couldn’t eat any of it. UberEats wouldn’t workw ith us on a refund at all. I’ve called the location and spoken with Charlie and Alex, both good people. I was told initially that they couldn’t refund UberEats orders at the location level, but Charlie did call back and say he had an idea. Due to being ill, I wasn’t able to call back immediately, but called and spoke to Alex, who promised to call me back with a solution. Read moreFood tastes very good as usual but want very happy with the customer service, it was taking forever for them to make my subs and after waiting for about 20 minutes I just asked one of the workers if they were making my sub, just wanted to make sure they hadn’t messed up and given it to someone else as that happens sometimes and then this worker by the name of Andrea (who I hear is head manager) rudely yelled at me and said “it’s coming!! We have a lot of hot subs to make today!!” In a tone like it was such a bother. I only asked once, I would understand getting annoyed if a customer kept asking over and over if their food was ready but I just asked once and that’s not very good customer service skills to talk down to a customer like that so yeah, not very happy about that, food is great and the rest of the employees were pleasant just need to teach some of the employees better customer...
