I want to preface this review by saying that the staff at this location has always been incredibly, INCREDIBLY nice and understanding. I have yet to have a bad experience with any individual member of the crew, they have all been very charming and make the experience of visiting this location pleasant, and the orders are always fresh, hot, and accurate.
This is why I'm unfortunately very disappointed with the speed of service with my past few visits, and after my visit tonight, I don't believe I will be ordering from here any longer. There is obviously a severe staffing issue, where the small handful of workers are being asked to do the jobs of a much larger team, and this is very evident in the speed of the food served. This is resulting in missing or poorly assembled food items and very long waits, things that could very easily be fixed with a full team.
As for the incident that has brought on my decision, tonight after making a mobile order and going through the drive-thru, a single person cut in line (of course not of the location's fault, but can immensely screw up the drive-thru workers) but otherwise things were going as usual during a busy time of the night. I drove up to the first window, had a pleasant interaction with the crew member there and was handed my receipt, and moved onto the second window.
Again, greeted very pleasantly by the crew member at the second window, but was informed that as their drive-thru order had gone into disarray due to drivers cutting in line, they had thought I was no longer in line, and had given my food away. This was a little strange, as I hadn't waited very long, but I very much understand that things can go missing during busy hours, so it was no real issue to me. The crew member asked for my receipt and for me to pull ahead, and they would get to work on remaking my order.
After a half-hour wait, the drive-thru cleared up, and my food was nowhere to be found. I pulled back to the second window, curious what might have been the issue, and the crew member was as confused as I, recognizing the order and also remarking that someone had thrown my receipt away but the order hadn't been put through. Once again, the crew member was very understanding and pleasant about the mishap, and immediately got to work on fixing the error, and I was greeted with my order not long after, and headed right home.
I would like to reiterate, the crew are hard workers, always pleasant and understanding, the only flaw being that the small handful of them are being tasked to do the jobs of a full crew during the busiest hours of the day. I would be more than willing to try this location again under the understanding that more staff has been hired to supplement the existing staff, but as it stands I believe I am going to take my business elsewhere, as I don't believe in supporting a business which will overwork its staff to squeeze that little bit more profit out of...

I ordered a breakfast sandwich, and yes I am in the wrong, in not knowing, that they now put “breakfast sauce” on their sandwiches. My bagel sandwich was overflowing with this grey mayonnaise like sauce, through the bagel hole, around the entire sandwich and all over the inside of the wrapper. I asked kindly to have it remade (because I was really excited to get this sandwich, and this (really gross) amount of sauce made me lose my appetite.) Before meeting with me, she had already made up her mind telling the cashier that I would simply just have to order a new one. I was really wanting them to just remake one, with no sauce, or even just a regular amount of sauce. Once she came over to me, she walked me over to the photo on the wall ad, pointed at the very thin layer of sauce to prove that there was indeed supposed to be sauce on this sandwich. Which is ok, and I understand that there is now sauce on this sandwich.
My sandwich certainly didn’t look like the photo, if that’s how we are comparing things…. I then showed her my sandwich, and she said well we can’t see the rest of this photographed sandwich to know if there would be sauce coming through the top of the hole, or around the back, now can we. This sandwich had so much sauce there was no salvaging this soggy thing. I couldn’t even take it out of the wrapper without making a mess of it. It is my fault for stating I don’t remember having had this sauce on this sandwich in the past.. That’s probably because I ordered a sandwich, and they gave me the appropriate amount of sauce so I didn’t even notice. If you like breakfast sauce with a side of sandwich this is the place to be I guess, just not the place for customer service. I’m not going to pay $6 more dollars to have an appropriate sandwich. Read moreAfter confirming that they have adult happy meals available, my husband ordered 2 adult happy meals. We got to the hotel room (fargo) only to find out the collectible toy are not in any of the 2 boxes! We are disappointed and felt robbed, we traveled from Canada and we looked forward on getting an adult happy meal since we dont have it available in Canada. My husband called the restaurant as soon as we found out (3:25pm) and Kevin said we can come back and grab the toys - my husband mentioned we will be back tonight. My husband arrived at the place around 8:30pm to pick up the toys, went into the restaurant and waited at the front for more than 15 mins (no other customer inside) only to get ignored and passed by staff because they are all busy catering the drive thru. I called the restaurant and told Kevin (?) we called earlier regarding the adult happy meals and was told to come back and mentioned my husband is inside their restaurant waiting at the front. He told me they are busy and short staff (understandable as I see the line up at the drive thru) and hang up on me. My husband came out of the place without toys. They said they are out of it - I am frustrated as they let us drove back, no apologies, didnt make things right, ignored my husband standing on the line, and hang up the phone on me.
