I went to wendys with full intention on getting chili. I go inside order my chili along with a few other things, paid and was waiting for my food . I had waited 10 minutes to be told there was no prepped chili ready and that it was in the back being ready and that I would receive it soon. I waited another 10 minutes and at this point my other food was just sitting there getting cold I hadn't even gotten my drink cup that I had paid for yet. Waiting 20 minutes just to be told it would be 2 hours before the chili was ready to be served! I then asked for a refund and the girl told me only her manager could give refunds . I respected that and asked if he could help me in getting my refund. I watched her tell the manager named Andre I needed a refund and he looks at me and says "you need a refund?" I said yes for the food I will not be getting . He stared at me for a minute and then started doing other things and I stood there for another 5 minutes as he watched me stand there and I just had to leave realizing I would not get my money back for their mistake . Rated 2 on my top 3 worst customer service experiences. Do better Wendys! I guess they only hire people who are unqualified...

Read moreI was excited when the new location opened because their food is good and I like the variety. I stopped going to the old location because it smelled musty and felt damp. This new location will wind up in the same condition if they don't find out what the problem is with their HVAC system. I was there once right after they opened and the HVAC was broken. Since then, I have been there several time and it was damp feeling. Today it was so damp that the packets of sweeteners were wet. The outside door is always propped open allowing flys to get inside and sweat was running down the doors. The floors are disgusting. They are so greasy you slip and slide when you walk in. They must be mopping them with a greasy mop. Someone is going to fall and hurt themselves. The food here is so much better than McDonalds, but the atmosphere makes you lose your appetite.
