Hot Topic — Local services in Moreno Valley

I give three stars for the dude with the pink hair, he usually has different hair colors everytime I come in. However, I have walked in before and there was a short lady with black hair in a bun and probably one of the rudest people I have ever experienced in customer service. I work in fast food and know better than to treat the customer in such a manner. A different time was when I bought shorts but they were too big for me so they took them back and told me they would order a different pair then bring it back to the store. I waited three weeks and came in every Friday to check up on the shorts then the third Friday they told me they would not send it unless I paid another $20 for purchasing it. Like what? I already paid for the shorts and they told me I had to pay more for them. I already paid $40 in the first place for the shorts. Then I asked for a refund and they wouldn't give it to me and asked if I wanted store credit instead. I waited in the store with my friend for an hour and a half (literally) for the lady to tell us the "corporate wouldn't give me a refund". I will never come back to this location and I have a huge following on Instagram that I will also warn about this location. I always go...

So I went in and was looking at the pins cause the pins are cool and I picked one up and was looking at it and was going to put it back and it got stuck to the bottom of my sleeve near my hand and i was trying to take it off and the employee kicked me out and said to never come back to this store and called security on me for stealing when I was literally trying to take it off my sleeve and put it back what a fun experience I go to this one all the time and normally always buy from them everytime so why would I steal...
