Karla and Nevaeh helped my husband and I find the perfect ring for my 20 year anniversary. Initially we went inside to just look and compare with James Allen. Since they were having holiday sales, we were able to find a ring at a very competitive price. They both went above and beyond with my indecisiveness and were very accommodating with finding the right ring that fit my style. Overall, we always feel like Zales provides us with good service and today’s experience was no different. I told them we would think about it and walked out of the store. Ive had to have my ring sent out 4 times because the sizing was incorrect and my inscription inside was ruined amd scratched up from the process. Each time sending it and receiving it took longer and longer. Dont trust their jewlers. Dont trust the gals at the store. I called on the day they said it would be in and was told the day was updated to another week out. This is the second time its happened that i had to wait even longer. I expressed the frustration that i have been waiting several weeks and the girl on phone looked up the day i dropped it off and told me its only been two weeks. Arguing with your customers whether they are accurate or not is NOT good customer service. Horrible diamond store dont trust your diamonds here. Today I had to get my ring cleaned and checked out. I called ahead because I misplaced my paperwork and was told that was okay they could look it up on line. But when I got there this older women just said no I had to have my paperwork and wouldn't even let me explain.
