I called the location and spoke with a female supervisor, asking if the hours of operation are correct listed on Google. She stated yes, and that the dinning area was open till 10pm, Drive thru open till 10:30pm. So, I asked her, if I came in at 9pm I can still dine in, She said Yes. So, I showed up @8:15pm, I saw two employees leave and the Kitchen staff was on point. But, when customers started arriving, ordering and started to dine in. All of a sudden, The Panda Express employee started closing the restroom around 8:45pm. Like, really?? My girlfriend is handicapped and the young man didn't even take in any cleaning supplies to the restrooms. It seems he got lost in the restrooms. By 9:00pm, the female supervisor started locking the doors to the dining area. I told her I was the individual that had called earlier in regards to the dining hours. My answer in return was they were understaffed and had to close the dining area. Bogus answer to me. Same staff was working in the store when it was busy. I believe the owners or corporate need to review surveillance systems and look at supervisor handling during high volume customer traffic. Read moreI was served by a young man that was patient, while I was indecisive about what type of meat I wanted. Thank you all for having great customer service. They communicated nicely with respect letting customers know it was a five minute wait for a certain side dish. I walked in about 8:40 p.m. Sunday night. I was greeted with a “welcome “ and it was a 5 star visit all the way around. Even though they were probably tired and exhausted from working all day, they didn’t let it show. Food was fresh and delicious and they gave excellent portions. Lobby was clean and utensil area was nice and neat. Thank you all, from the cook to the janitor.
