I placed an order for delivery on a Saturday. It was the middle of the day, and they said it would be about 30 mins. After an hour, I call and ask if there's a delay. They tell me my pizza was already delivered and signed for. I let them know that is not the case. I tell them that is not the case. They apologize and tell me they will remake my order, I say no thank you just give me a refund. They insist on remaking the order and that it would arrive in 20 mins. I say fine. I get the order 30 mins later, the pizza is greasy and clearly rushed and sloppily put together. I get the bill, sign the receipt and see the driver leaves. I find I had been charged for both (the first and the second) orders! I ask the driver, and they tell me to call the store, and ask for the manager. I tell them to give me the receipt back, and keep their pizza. I call the manager and ask for a refund, which she refuses because she had "brought me the items I ordered". Disgusted I ask for her supervisors information which she refuses to give. This terrible excuse for a mismanaged joke needs to be closed.
The following day I look at my bank account and find out that my first order, the driver had filled in a tip for himself for $50, and just left. I contact the store again, and the same terrible manager is there...shocker. She tells me the driver had already been tipped out so there is no money to refund me for his theft! Now I have to file illegal charges with my credit card company. Do not waste your time or money at...

I called to order medium pizza, salad and to 20 oz beverages on a Friday night before WVU was in session, she told me the total ($30 dollars and change), took my payment info and then proceeded to tell me that it would be an hour to an hour and a half to be delivered because they are very busy. Had she told me that before taking payment, I wouldn't have made the order, but it seemed like too much of a hassle to have her void the transaction and she said it would probably be closer to an hour rather than the hour and a half. An hour and a half came and went so I called and asked the status saying it was past the approximated time, she said the driver had left 20 minutes prior and had 4-5 deliveries to make on this run so he should be here any minute. We're at 2 hours since ordering and no sign of the delivery guy. At this point it was past 9 and we weren't interested in eating anymore, just going to bed. I called and asked her to refund the order and tell the delivery guy to go home. She didn't even sound surprised, just said okay, she'll call the delivery guy. I'm very upset that she didn't tell me the wait time prior to processing my payment, and that there was no offer made to rectify the situation. Read moreThis has to be the most difficult thing I have to do because I really like Vocelli's food. I ordered lunch today. The delivery was right on time. Apparently, the driver did not like the $3 tip that he got because he gave me less change than I asked for. Mind you, the bill was $10. I gave him a $20. HE ASKED HOW MUCH CHANGE DID I WANT BACK. I said just give me $6 back. This guy hands me back $4. So, I realize that he gave me $4 and I ask him about it. He says that he misunderstood me but he made no attempt to get me the $2. I told him to forget it because he clearly seemed pissed that he wasn't getting a better tip. It's not even about the $2. I thought a $3 tip was more than fair and the customer who was in the store clearly heard me say that I wanted $6 back and he was 20 feet behind me. I hope that young man is happy with the extra $2 but it just cost Vocelli's a very loyal customer. Not only do I order to my work but to my home as well....
