Revised 8-28-24-I swear the workers in this place get more rude every time I come here. Tonight I went through with my OWN Doordash order it was my pickup for me I wasn't delivering for DD and I went through thr drive thru and the way the lady told me "You have to go through the drive thru" couldn't have been more rude. I get it I do DD orders I figured since it's my own I would be able to go through the window. The point is learn how to talk to ppl I'm not saying anything but I am it is usually the younger ones. Old Review- I come here every single weekend for me and other coworkers and I waited in the drive thru for at least 10 minutes and so I drove through. I told the lady that I thought the speaker was broke and there were cars behind me driving and leaving. I had an online order so it should've been made already and she said she can't give me my order because the cars behind me were ordering. Umm no they weren't they were mad waiting so long so they were just driving right through and leaving. So I won't be back. She actually told me to wait on these cars and drive through AGAIN and wait AGAIN bwahaha! Who in the hell are training these ppl? This happened on 12/19/23 around 11:30pm it was an African American girl that I have never seen...

It's fine. The lobby hasn't been closing randomly anymore.
Note the app is useless because half the time it thinks you can't order non-breakfast food right now (at 5pm). The other half is that you can't redeem rewards at the kiosk. You have to go to the counter or do a mobile order in advance. Either way, not this store's fault specifically.

I've lost confidence in Wendy's. This store hasn't had functioning self service kiosks in at least a month. The lobby will close periodically but they won't put up a sign indicating it. Imagine the surprise when you go to pick up a mobile order only to find you now have to go through the drive through that's backed up 6 cars. At what point do you cut your loss and just leave it?
To be clear I've never had a bad interaction with the individual workers.
It's Wendy's - either as the company or the local francishee - that I think is simply cutting too many corners. Eventually you cut enough that the experience becomes... miserable... for lack of a better word. I'm not going to frequent somewhere that makes me miserable 10%...
Read moreI used to enjoy Wendy's food about once per month for much lunch. During covid, I stopped going out. But after covid, I got back into my routines. I have eaten at this Wendy's three times over the last 1.5 years. The duration has been so long because each of the 3 times I ate there, I swore I would not try it again for 6 months. I ate there last week. Granted, based on my work schedule, i typically order food around 2 pm. The food last week was the same it has been for the last 3 visits. The burger was brutal - it has been cooked long before I showed up. Nothing fresh about it. It was nasty. Fries were almost warm. It is interesting because I would be fine waiting a few minutes for a fresh burger, but I get this stale, old nasty patty that has been warmed up likely in a microwave for my sandwich. This has been the case the last 3 visits (I try to give businesses 3 visits). I am done. I will not revisit that establishment ever. I will go to Sheetz before I go here again. And what they are now charging for this meal adds salt to the wound. Never again. Brutal food. Maybe if you go during lunch...
