First trip and I'm in love. This place was FANTASTIC. I walked in on a whim but man did I leave full, happy and sleepy. I ordered the chicken and steak plate. My chicken was moist and flavorful and my steak (which usually has a bunch of fat like at other places) had NO fat and was juicy moist and delicious. My meal came with home made macaroni sald (YUM!) homeade white/yellow sauce, whatever that's called, the generica yum yum sauce and some kind of cabbage salad. I'm not a cabbage fan so instead they gave me a giant bowl of extra white rice. Instead of just taking it out and charging me full rate, they replaced that part which was awesome. The dude working there had to be mixed white and asian. He spoke Japanese to the Japanese customers just as naturally as he was breathing. They had some crazy (to me) Japanese show on their HD tv. I think it was a kid's popstar, a recorded show. It lasted longer than I was even there, and I hung out for a bit after I got my food. Anyway that's my rant, the food was fantastic and I can't wait to go back! It's ceratinly...
Read moreI have been coming to Teriyakin for almost 3 years now, I was very appalled about the service I received and lies that have been told to me. I always order the Chicken and Vegetable bowl with the Chicken pot stickers that I request due to me not eating pork which I have explained to the owner which is a lady. I was told today when I called in that the Chicken pot stickers had PORK in them as well! I came into the store to ask for the manager not only was she rude but when I asked to speak to the manager she stated "Who's Asking"? How can you own this restaurant and how poor and rude customer service? As I was letting her know she was being rude the entire time by saying " were you not listening"? When I would call in and ordered my chicken pot stickers. I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I REPEAT DO NOT EAT HERE LADY HAS...
Read moreThis is a decent Japanese takeout restaurant. The dining room is adequate with 8-10 tables. There is no cashier, you walk up to a digital kiosk and self checkout. There is a cook / attendant in the back. There seemed to be only one person there.
They have no fountain drinks just bottles of soda, etc. There seemed to be a good variety.
I ordered the veggie bowl with white rice. The veggies seemed steamed with no sauce and white rice with no soy sauce. A healthy alternative for sure. Their yum yum (white) sauce was good and came in 1oz cups.
The gyoza was fantastic. Perfectly fried and the filling was great. Definitely the best thing I tried.
The cook / attendant was pleasant. The place was clean. Overall a good quick order Japanese restaurant.
I would go back and enjoy the next time I’m...
