Went here on the morning of 12/6/24. Ordered 2 coffees and 2 breakfast sandwiches. My main issue was with the service and the breakfast sandwiches. The girl at the cash register literally looked like she had just rolled out of bed, and had an attitude to match. She looked so disheveled and just had a sour disposition. Once I placed my order I waited, and waited and waited. Granted, there were a decent amount of customers in the place, but it didn't help that the girl was moving as slow as molasses. She showed no sense of urgency whatsoever. I watched as she lazily walked around. My coffees had already been made and she hadn't even started on my breakfast sandwiches. Then when she made them she let them sit in a bag for close to 10 minutes. She even gave someone else his breakfast sandwiches who came in after me before she gave me mine. The whole experience from placing my order to finally being able to walk out with my order took almost 30 minutes. To top it all off the breakfast sandwiches were literally disgusting. I ordered the croissant sandwich and the bagel sandwich. The bagel was so hard to bite into. I thought I might break a tooth. It was dry and flavorless. The croissant sandwich had the opposite problem. Once we took it out of the bag it was almost like a soupy mess. The cheese was not normal cheese, it was like some kind of Velveeta cheese and it was so wet that it just disintegrated the breading. Really shocked at how bad these sandwiches were. While the coffee was good, both were made incorrectly. One was supposed to be iced and the other was supposed to be hot . But they were both given to me hot. Also, I asked for whipped cream on both of them and neither of them had whipped cream. I would have asked the barista to correct the issue but I had already been waiting for so long and I was going to be late for work so I just left with...

Today definitely topped my worst experience ever and due to it I probably won’t return to this location. After messing up my two drinks, although it was their mistake I was willing to wait for them to remake it. At first, there was only one girl working there, but a second one comes in and asks her if she needs help. She replies and asked her if she can remake my drinks. The second girl asked what my drinks were, I was under the impression she was going to remake them since she wrote down and retook my order. She proceeds to take six other orders ahead of mine. I didn’t think she would put me behind everyone else’s orders and make me wait all over again especially since they messed up my first drinks. It was a mistake on their behalf. I thought they’d make it right and fix the drinks. I didn’t think I had to wait again as if I was re-ordering drinks. After realizing two orders were still ahead of mine and more than 15 minutes had passed. I asked for a refund. She said she couldn’t do a refund and could only give me two free drink cards so ended up just taking it because I had to go. Not a good experience at all! Not even an apology. I would love to know if it’s true she couldn’t refund me, which I doubt or if it was her just dismissing me the way she dismissed her coworker asking her if she could help by remaking my drinks and then dismissing making them by just putting my drinks behind every one else’s orders..🤔 Did not get a receipt- picture below for proof of purchase that she said she can’t refund but can only give me 2 cards for a free coffee that is not free because I paid for lol 😆

Read moreI personally will never set foot in this place again. I was visiting Mount Dora and walked in the door at 7:45 and waited in line to get a coffee at what I thought looked like a nice place. The 2 girls that were working there could clearly see there was a few people on like but not really that many…maybe 4-5 people. When we got close to the counter to order we were told “sorry we are not making any more coffee it’s 8.” It wasn’t technically 8 it was 7:58 to be exact but either way this is just bad business. Not to mention the girl was actually quite rude about it like we were the problem. I guess she was too pathetic and lazy to actually serve the rest of her customers who came in to make a purchase rather than providing good service to the 4-5 people who were waiting in line. Where exactly does she think her paycheck comes from? If you don’t want to serve beyond 8 then maybe lock the door and close at 730 rather than have potential customers stand in line for 15 mins and then tell them sorry we aren’t serving you after they reach the counter. Perhaps she takes her job for granted or forgot just few years ago during Covid when eating and drinking establishments were hurting and no allowed to open their doors. I’m not sure if this is company policy or there two girls personal business practices but if it’s not company policy they might should find a new line of work because their customer service skills suck bad.
