Came in around 4:30 PM and found there was no wait! The couple of employees who helped with my sandwich were very efficient. However, it's just not the same kind of experience as you have when interacting with a familiar face. Food continues to be delicious!

Pre-ordered really early through the app for Jersey Mike's Day of Giving charity event. Arrived at the location at requested time to find that it was packed with customers and unfulfilled online orders.

Normally this would cause great concern, but as the many employees were visible working very hard and under stress, it can be forgiven. They were able to get to my order in about 15 minutes and were very apologetic for the delay, which I appreciated.

I can see that this store has great leadership and dedicated people working there. I hope they know that!

Food is tasty, and the location has been remodeled.

However, if I'm being honest, interacting with the team members is the best part of the experience and what separates them from the competition. They seem like they really want to get to know you, and for a lot of customers, they remember how you like your sub prepared or even details you've previously mentioned about your personal life.

Lately, though, everyone seems to disappear into the back after completing your order and reappearing when someone new walks in. Possibly due to work tasks, but lessens the appeal as mentioned above.

I was highly impressed with the customer service I received from the staff yesterday when I was in. Being in on a Friday during lunch time and a plethora of people in line and several other requests being asked and fulfilled. The staff remained calmed, they were efficient, incredibly friendly and quick. I’m not sure if she is the team lead or a manager but the young lady working at the counter was incredibly friendly, smiling the whole time and even though they were busy and had a accident occur on the line she remained professional, calm and was quick to continue service. If she is a manager, you guys made a good decision! But all in all, the food is always great and service yesterday was great....

Overpriced, and bigtime overpriced! But most importantly the food was less than average. They do not toast their bread, then I was re-assured that they would not skimp on the meat portion, that is exactly what happened! I do not recommend this for not just food quality, food portion, and non toasted bread. I felt like I was bloated with bread, for only two subs @ $28.00 + I tipped them 4 more dollars more, so right at $32.00, I just knew it had to be good, nope, not even close! For $8 dollars more I could/should had got two baby back rib dinners w/fries and rice @ Chilies across the street! Just not for me, I like Firehouse much better for quality, price, and taste. Not for me, or my son! Watch...
