I placed a togo order to be delivered on 01/30/2024. The store gave my food to the wrong person or allowed my food the be stolen from their location. Instead of remaking my order, they told three doordashers that my order was already gone and did not attempt to figure out what they did wrong. You would think by the third dasher, they would realize they made a mistake. It is possible this terrible service was caused by a single, lazy employee. However, I do not take lightly being forced to be the victim of a crime against a business. Customers should not be paying for food the store lost one way or another. This is literally basic knowledge. Teenagers are capable of understanding how to run basic businesses. I’ll end with a sarcastic thank you to Jason’s of Mt. Juliet for allowing a paying customer to not receive a single piece of food because they failed to function properly. Shame on this staff for allowing this to happen and not lifting a mental finger to fix their problem. Shame on Jason’s for taking my money and not providing my food to the correct person. Customers are not responsible for mistakes of employees. I will be driving out of my way to any other location instead of stupidly trusting this location with my money again. Before you order, ask yourself if you care about receiving your food. Doordash of course gave me my money back, so technically Jason’s stole from doordash. Congratulations for a job poorly done. Did you know it isn’t required to open a restaurant and do togo or delivery orders? If you’re too lazy to do your simple job correctly, then turn your doordash orders off. If you’re too lazy to fix your mistakes when three people tell you about it, don’t...
Read moreVery irritated & ultimately sad with this experience just now. My dad, my fiance & I are making a trip back to the east coast & I was excited to take them to a Jason's Deli, a place I use to get the best sandwichs at. But this was literally the worst service I've ever had from a Jason's Deli. The girl at the register, Taylor, was sweet, but there was absolutely no sense of urgency, at all, with anyone there. I ordered two deli clubs & a manager special, so half of another sandwich, yet we waited 20 mins while two younger boys, who obviously weren't fully trained on even making sandwiches, took their time while they laughed & joked & didn't even put the whole portion of meat on my sandwich, I had to ask why he wasn't putting the other portion on there & he tried to say it wasn't part of the portion for my sandwich... took them 2 whole minutes to just put mayo on the bread & literally put it on & scraped it off for the two minutes, all for there to be almost no mayo on the sandwich when I started eating it, got half way thru & put it down becaise it's hard to choke down, also NO GLOVES & he brushed my sandwich against the button area/waist of his pants twice while cutting it & reassembling it as it was falling apart. Oh & the icing, he took the time to call the register girl over to look at his 'perfect sandwich' before he started trying to put it in the box. This was his perfect sandwich.... none of this is worth $40 of my hard earned money or the 40 minutes it put me behind on getting back home,...
Read moreWe have been to this location many times because my gf likes your salad bar, most recently came in on Saturday night. I have to say, I am not impressed by the guest service, or lack thereof. Every single time we’ve been in, the very young staff is not educated on anything on your menu. If I ask a few questions regarding some of the options, I get a blank stare, a shoulder shrug, and an I don’t know. They are chintzy (light) with the proteins on the sandwiches and aren’t helpful with the salad bar. The ice machine was fresh out of ice, so we asked to fill both cups. A young kid took the cups back, put like 3 cubes in each cup and hands it back to us. Then the entire time we were there, nobody bothered to fill it. They just stood around and talked. Other people were going up to get warm refills. I completely understand hiring young people and giving them a chance, and kudos to them for even wanting a job, because so many are too lazy to bother with it. But please work with them on training, guest service, and product...
