The lady with cool ponytails seated me, and Kaitlyn C was the person taking care of my orders. She did excellent work at making sure that myself and her guests were squared away. Service wasn’t lacking at all. While sitting, I did see that the place was clean and appeared to be kept up well. The food was another subject. Starting with my drink… it was satisfactory. However, I was slightly annoyed at the price to alcohol level. I’ve had more drink impact for half the price at places like Bubbas33. However, that’s just my personal gripe and has nothing to do with any employees here at Applebees. I didn’t come here to actually eat out of hunger but just to kill time and get a feel for the atmosphere of the area. I have been here in town for three days and wanted to try various restaurants I have not frequented in a long time. The last time I have been to any Applebees was in my hometown of Redlands, Ca, and that was years ago. The food just never clicked right with me. This time, it seemed like the same thing. Food that I felt like came out of the box from Sysco and was heated up in a microwave. The texture and taste were that of a heat and serve meal. I did come back after 9 pm. to try the Long Island Iced Tea at a lower price than what I paid during regular hours. It was the same and I can’t complain about that. Service from Kaitlyn was nothing less than excellent on the secondary visit. I know that this review is subjective and personal, so I’m not giving any less than five stars. The five stars go to all team members that make the place function and keep the customers happy and coming back. For all of those team members… keep doing what you’re doing as I didn’t see, hear, or feel that whom I saw or interacted with did any less than five-star service.

Since food at Applebee's is fairly consistent, this review focuses on the experience at this location on Route 73 near the Turnpike and I-295. It is convenient to a number of hotels and residential neighborhoods in this exurban area across the river from Philly. Mix all these people together and you get some entertaining interactions in the bar area at times. Service at the bar is excellent, thanks to the fast, friendly and efficient Kristen, who remembers everyone, and is patient with even the most indecisive customers. I believe she has been here almost every night I have been in this area over the last few years. Service in the dining area can be spotty, as mentioned by other reviewers, possibly due to the labor shortage (also evident at other restaurants in the area). This is a real phenomenon at the current time. Aesthetically the dining area is more inviting at nearby Miller's Ale House or Chickie's & Pete's further down Route 73. Parking is plentiful thanks to the extended lot in back. If you just want a non-deep fried snack, try the house salad. It's great every time.

Applebee's is a popular chain restaurant serving American cuisine. I am glad to hear that you recently tried their mozzarella stick, nachos, and quesadilla. Starting with the mozzarella sticks, I must say that they are one of the best appetizers at Applebee's. The sticks were crispy, and the cheese inside was perfectly melted and flavorful. The marinara sauce served alongside it was a great complement. Next up, the nachos were a good choice as well. The toppings were well distributed and the chips were crunchy. The cheese was melted and gooey, and the salsa had just the right amount of spice. Finally, the quesadilla was a nice blend of chicken and cheese, all melted and gooey. The tortillas were soft and fresh, and it was served with sides of sour cream and guacamole to add a bit of flavor and zing. Overall, I would say your meal at Applebee's was a great one, with the selection of mozzarella sticks, nachos, and quesadillas being a standout.

I had called in day before to make reservations for a group of 28 the manager asked me to call in the next day to just make sure we was coming so I did they said ok they would see us around 5pm how we get there and they have 12 seating in bar area 12 seated buy door and a whole other set of tables on back end we asked to speak to manager cause we wanted to be seated in same section she said she could not do that cause they only had 3 servers but we was never told that on the phone so we try to make the best of it the ones that were sitting in bar area waitress was rude they had to say something to her about her rudeness. The ones that where seated buy front door waited like 30 minutes never got drinks or any kind of service they left and went down the st to chilli it was the worse birthday dinner ever the manager and some of the staff was so rude. We waited a wail for our food and we was ok with that but not getting any service or being split up when that whole back section was empty when we got there was crazy the manager Emily didn’t even try to accommodate us she didn’t even care. We stayed because we was such a big crowd but it so was not worth it and really messed up the whole birthday dinner. I took a cake to sing happy birthday and we just ate and left never sing I will never plan anything else at this Applebees on RT 73 Mt.Laurel. If you can not handle large crowds it should of been said when I called in to make the reservation. Staff also need some help with there attitude and just not caring about there customers I have eaten here many of time and this was...

Left unhappy and hungry as I didn't get what I ordered and I was tired didn't feel like arguing with the server. She made me mad, Likely heard me telling my mom that I will pay for it but I won't leave her a tip and my mom insisting she pay for it and leaving a lesser tip. The sever didn't deserve a tip at all since she didn't take down the order with an order pad and clarified if i wanted a half or full rack of ribs which I clearly said a full rack of ribs, I didn't get a full rack I got a half rack, and due to the events of that day which were more or less not my decisions I was extremely hungry and on my 12th hour. She took the plate back when I told her I ordered a half rack and her manager Jen came out with the plate offering to fix it by making me a new plate or coming out with the other half, however due to the longer ticket time and that I was on my 12th hours I decided to take the half rack and leave hungry and unhappy but at least I had something in my stomach as I was hungry. I complained to customer relations which i was already dialing on my way out, and asked to speak with another manager and complained to her, The Customer relations agent was abusive to me and I had to escalate to his supervisor. I called back and spoke with the manager who tried to fix it after i got home and explained my decision of why I didn't have her fix it and to provide more information about the server of what went wrong.

Servers Name was Anastasia and the Manager Name was Jen. Unhappy Still Hungry...
