Dunkin' — Restaurant in Mount Laurel Township

I have gone to this location about 10 times and each time was H O R R I B L E. They have zero customer service. Coffee tastes like trash. I ordered a hazelnut croissant and they gave me 2 chocolate donuts without telling me (didn't look in my bag until I got to work). ALL YOU HAD TO DO WAS TELL ME THEY WERE OUT OF STOCK. Even if you place your order on the app you're still guaranteed to wait 10 minutes even when there's barely anyone in the store.

They don't know how to say basic things like "HI" and "THANK YOU" and "ILL BE RIGHT WITH YOU".

ATTENTION If you do not get your morning coffee here you are missing out. The owner and their team are SUPER consistent on the taste of the coffee/food they provide (everybody hates how Dunkin Donuts are usually super hit or miss on taste). Even though this location does not have a drive thru, I will find myself driving all the way down to the U-turn (practically past another Dunking with a drive thru AND a wawa) just to come to THIS LOCATION. I could not be happier with the exceptional food and service I have been provided by this location for the past 2+...

Worst experience. This location is situated between 2 motels where homeless people frequent so there's shady characters loitering in and around the building. Police was detaining a guy at Popeyes as I'm coming out. There was only one worker and he was not very efficient. My bacon was over cooked. Drink not prepared well and the service took way too long.
