McDonald's — Restaurant in Mount Laurel Township

I wish I could give a half of a star.. The manager!!!! I don’t know where to start.. Let’s just say I walked in noticed, wow she’s a very beautiful lady.. 15 minutes later after waiting for a UberEats order I soon found out she was a very ignorant, rude, disrespectful, nasty mouth lady. I stood in line for maybe 2-3 minutes waiting for my order. Two very beautiful older ladies sent my order to the screen to be cooked. Maybe about 7-10 minutes I noticed everyone around me had received their food but me so I asked again, just reminding the ladies I was still standing there. She handed me the food, and all I said was I been standing here for about 10-15 minutes and the food you handed me is cold that I can’t take this to my customer. She went nuts!!! Even after one of the ladies working at this location agreed that I’ve been standing waiting for a while. She told me that she didn’t see me and that it’s nothing she can do once the food is made that’s it. I don’t if her husband just left her or she had a bad day but I was not expecting that. She was very rude, ignorant, and nasty to me because I was concerned about my customer paying their money for cold food. I will never return to this location again, I want to warn all family & friends not to, and I pray WHATEVER she was going through that she gets through it ok because I did not deserve the way she treated me today at all and it is not ok to take your frustrations out on other hard workers like you. Extremely rude service at the Mount laurel Nj McDonalds last night around 9pm. I ordered two sandwiches and nuggets but didnt ask for sauce at the speaker because I was unsure what kind my son and husband wanted . When I got to the window I asked for 2 sweet and sour and 1BBQ the manger said to be why didnt you ask at speaker I said I didnt know what kind they wanted she said she had to charge me because I asked at the window and not the speaker and thats extra sauce I said how it it extra sauce if I never got any to begin with? Ive lived here for years and have been to this McDonalds plenty of times and never once have I been charged for extra sauce (even though it wasnt extra) or have I been charged for not asking at the speaker. When I asked her name and cooperates number she said to look online and closed the window . Extremely rude and I want to add she also looked dirty! Youre serving food why are your nails long, hair out and a mess , wearing her jacket covered in fuzz and animal hair. Normally wouldnt even complain about a persons hygiene but to be rude, lie and Im sure be out of company hygiene regulations is unbelievable. Also looked online for company policy I dont see anywhere stating if you dont ask for sauce at the window instead of the speaker...

This was a very rough experience to say the least, we walked a mile and a half from our hotel room because it was the only place that Apple Maps said was open. We get there to find out that the lobby closes at 11 which that information was not available on Apple. So we stood at the drive-through with no one there trying to make an order no one answered the speaker for several minutes, so we stood in line behind two cars, waited our turn to the window. One of the cars left because it was taking so long we stood in the drive-through for about 20 minutes just waiting to get to the window, we finally got to the window for the manager, Mya, Who has to be one of the rudest McDonald’s employees I have ever met, to turn us away and tell her she cannot help us or service. I had to ask almost 10 times even to get her name. McDonald’s is going to advertise if they are open 24 hours, they should be able to serve all customers not just customers that have access to a vehicle.
