I wanted to let the owner know about my experience with the 3 day juice fast on July 5-7. The first 2 days were okay. I loved the experience of juicing and giving my digestive system a break. I did the intermediate cleanse. The mixture of the juice drinks was a little inconsistent between the first and second days. The first day was great. Everything was ready for me when I got there, very easy, and juice was great. The second day, it was not all ready but didn't take too much waiting before it was ready. The juice was a little thicker, pulpier, than the first day but not much, not a big deal. The third day, July 7, I got there to pick up the juice, I had to wait at least 20 minutes, and most of the juices were basically undrinkable. I drank them because I did not have time to bring them back. The whole point of me doing the juicing through a company is the ease of it, so bringing it back would defeat that, but the drinks were disgusting. They were very thick and pulpy. The "beet" juice did not have even a hint of beet taste. The ginger in it was so overwhelming, it burned by throat. It was just extremely inconsistent with what I had the previous two days. As I stated, I loved the experience of doing the juice fast and will definitely do it again, trying to do it once a month. Read moreAs a local business owner myself, I NEVER leave bad reviews for businesses. But this place is run so poorly I just needed to say something. I came in weeks ago, ordered a small smoothie and one protein bite. I was charged $36. When the manager went to make my smoothie, he then told me they were out of protein. I said that I just wanted a refund (because I was honestly shocked at the price.) He said he didn’t know how to refund me. So I left with a smoothie I didn’t drink and a single protein bite for $38. I called a few days later to get a refund. I was then told that the price was so high because I was charged for an entire bag of protein bites. So I asked for a refund again and was PROMISED the owner would call me because he is the only one who knows how to do refunds.
I’ve since called back twice and never gotten a call from the owner. I was charged for a smoothie I didn’t get and a bag of protein bites when I just got one and can’t even get a call back or refund. I will never...
Read moreI came in this morning thinking the staff member helping me was pleasant and friendly. I ordered asking simply and politely “I think I’m going to get a _ smoothie”. I was reprimanded by said staff member about my manners and saying “please and thank you” which made me really uncomfortable and seemed backhanded and rude. He also stereotyped my age saying I “probably was between the ages of 27-30 because that age doesn’t know how to say please and thank you”. I was extremely thrown off and ignored his comments and went on with my day. I had such a polarizing experience of genuine care and then switching to condescending and unsettling behavior from someone dealing with customers. I just hope he doesn’t talk to others this way because it was strange and no one deserves to be spoken to like that when ordering something as simple...
