I placed a drive-thru order for 4 meals two with Coke and two with bottled water as well as one McFlurry. The employee repeated the entire order correctly. I got to the first window and paid. I got to the second window and the woman gave us a bag, two Cokes, one bottled water and a McFlurry. I told her there should be another water. She told me there is only one water. I said I ordered 4 meals, two with Coke and two with bottled water. She said there is only one water. I told her again and she gave me another water with an attitude. She said "I'll give it to you" and then closed the window. We looked in our bag and we were missing one whole meal. I waited at the window and she refused to open the window to speak to me. I kept looking at her and waited. She would not open the window so that I could tell her a meal was missing. I drove around and parked and had to knock on the door because the dining is closed due to Covid. A manager came out and looked at my receipt. He agreed I was missing a meal and got it for me. When I wanted to tell him about the employee in the drive-thru, he didn't seem interested in hearing it. He closed the door and locked it. This was the third horrible experience I had here this year. A few weeks ago, we waited for 30 minutes in the drive-thru to order. People in front of us were getting out of their cars and walking up to the window to find out what was wrong. I contacted McDonald's and no one bothered to contact me. Do not go to this location. Go to the McDonald's on...
Read moreThis McDonald's needs a new manager asap ... it's surprising that she still has a job considering how rude she is. And furthermore it is appalling that no one in the 17 years or more that I have been a customer of McDonald's has been able to figure out that an order that says nopickles meanNO PICKLES... not at this one at least ... nope, it means put as many as you can on each burger. Because that makes sense. The last time I got fresh fries here was back in 2009, most of the time it tastes like the fries have been sitting under the heat lamps since 2009. If you complain about the food being messed up, the manager will threaten to call the cops after telling you there's nothing she can do. Last time she threatened me with law enforcement I called them for her... because it is illegal to willing poison someone. And as someone with a pickle allergy when I ask and inform you of that and your employees decide to over load the food with pickles, that's called attempted murder... but like always I guess it takes a hefty lawsuit and lawyers being dragged into the mix for a company to realize bad leadership is the reason this location will soon be extinct... do yourself a favor and just drive 4 miles up the road to the other one ... at least they won't...
Read moreThis may be the worst McDonalds I have ever attended- and I have been to lot. First, I went to the drive through because I was going to pick up a single Happy Meal. After waiting a few minutes, I gave up and drove to the first window. No one was there. Then, I pulled up to the second window and no one was there either. So, I went inside and found almost the entire crew at an elevated table on their phones. I stood there for about 30 seconds then turned around to stare at the associates. Two of them played “rock, paper, scissors” then with an exasperated sigh the loser went to the register to take my order. After the food was prepared and handed to me, I went outside and noticed one of the employees was bringing a bucket of soapy water and a washcloth to his multicolored car parked at the online order pick up spot. Yes, he was washing his car at work with supplies meant to clean the facility and kitchen equipment. I promise I will never trouble this establishment with my presence again. Whoever owns this franchise needs to spend time at their business and correct it...
