Subway — Restaurant in Mount Pocono

Went to this particular Subway restaurant only because it’s located inside of the Walmart store in Mt POCONO PA. Decided to try the new Subway Slider that I guess is supposed to be a low calorie, low budget option to Burger King’s Value menu and McDonald’s dollar menu. It is not even close. The sliders are small and definitely overpriced. They had a slider combo which was two sliders and a drink that was showing prices of a $1.89,$1.99 or $2.00. I asked the person that was working there were those the prices for two sliders and a drink and she said yes so I left my wife to take care of the order and went to shop.Turns out that she lied about the prices as those prices were per slider which was a unsatisfying ripoff. The sliders were small rolls with very little meat on them. The slider combo is a rip-off and you would be better off going to Burger King , McDonald or Wendy’s or even Arby’s as their budget options are cheaper and more tasty and satisfying. This looks like a epic FAIL for Subway unless they drop the prices on the sliders to a dollar or less considering how skimpy the sliders...

I was there on 10/4/23 aprox 5:45 pm and the young gentleman, who was by himself was outstanding ! there were several people in front of me and he had mobile orders to do as well, and not once did he loose the smile or great personality that he has shown on several trips that i have made to this establishment. I work in a customer service field so i know a hard worker and great customer service when i see it ! this young man should be commended on his outstanding performance . He always treats his customers with the utmost respect and only hope it gets it...

The food wasn’t bad, but the last 3 times i have been there this summer the staff have been terrible. The staff is either blasting music or on the phone, so they don’t hear or see you enter. When you finally wave them down and get their attention. The music is still playing or they stay on their phone. This leads to them not hearing a you and need to constantly repeat what you want on your order. At least say you’ll back hang up when you are...
