Subway — Restaurant in Mount Vernon

RIPOFF! any time you see a business with an overwhelming amount of five star reviews you can bet they are augmenting those ratings with click farms and fake reviews. Looks for a restaurant with alot of middle of the road reviews those tend to be more accurate!

Do not stop here for a bite to eat! The owner and managment at this establishment does not meet the portion size standards set forth by the subway franchiser handbook/ guidlines. If you do dine here be sure to double check your reciepts. Subway does not charge extra if you want alot of veggies. Subway can charge you for extra meat, and extra cheese but never for veggies and embellishments. if you get shredded cheese there should be .5 ounces of mozz or monteray, about the amount you can fit in one one subways small sauce cup level with the top. or 1/8 dry cups. Each six inch sub should come with 2 slices of meat for each featured , 1 eggpatty, 2 cheese slices or equivilent portion, or 2 scoops of meat salad or chopped meat with sauce, or 8 meatballs, but there is no extra charges for veggies, sauces, pepper, salt, powdered cheese, herbs, or any other embellishments.

you can only be charged extra if you add additional meats n cheese to your sub or salad. in half or whole portions.

if you notice the initial amounts of ingredients seem very light or otherwise not correct first talk to the manager of the subway, next contact the franchise owner and follow up with a complaint to subway corporate. document your visit with video or photographs. and hang onto your reciept. if you cannot settle your dispute with staff request a complete refund and return your entire purchase before consuming it.

If you notice they are skimping on your ingredients you should cancel your sandwhich and walk out the door. Do not contribute your hard earned money and time to people who are going to rip you off. This is not fair.

furthermore send your complaints to the walmart store manager. if they recieve regular consistent complaints subway's lease will be void.

This is happeneing or has happened at the following walmart locations: Mt. Vernon, Everette, and Auburn.

Ok so normally I try to think the best of ALL customer service because I understand the struggle. However. They made BOTH our (pretty simple) sandwiches incorrectly, and when I arrived to pick up, I could see the employee sitting in the back on her phone. I'm not rude so I waited, but I did wait a few minutes and she had a clear line of sight to me and didn't look up for a while.

I'm sure if I had gone back I could have gotten the sandwiches fixed, but unfortunately they were for a hike so I was three hours up a mountain before we discovered it 😂 But I also could have checked before we left. I...

Horrible experience. He had all the vegetables and meats covered so I wasn't able to see what I wanted, yet he kept rushing me and asking what else I wanted. Apart from that I feel like he shouldn't have charged us the amount he did for the amount he put on the sandwich, he literally puts less than what he's supposed to he only put like 2 pieces of bell peppers on it. At other subways my sandwich comes out looking good and bigger while mine today came out really flat! Basically all I could taste was the bread and meat, no vegetables. Never...
