Starbucks — Restaurant in Mountain View

Busy the coffee shop 5 times a week! I counted 4 employees behind the counter. 4 paying customer waiting in line, three gental men in line , they where in their later years over 70 . Me 60 still in good health. The other three gental men had a hard time standing and walking. There was no knowledgement of any of use for over 1minute. Person working machine was busy making drinks. Other employees tasking on none customer orders. Finally someone maned the register, customer asked for a drip coffee. Employee went over to get the drip coffee, yep it was empty. He went to wait again for his coffee, others ordered other drinks. Yep it was my turn finally after waiting 4mins to get my drink! Large drip, I was ready for her reply! Just a few minutes, we are going to make some. I went and stood next to the gentleman who order drip coffee too. I'm sure his Waite time was equal or longer than mine. This is not about Me, but about the older gentleman who was in pain standing waiting for his coffee too! I ask, that we be aware of the elderly this season. Literally the worst Starbucks in the area. People seem to be constantly waiting for their orders or they're super frustrated with how long the staff is taking to make their orders. I was going to let them slide until I got yelled at for checking the drinks that were ready. Well, how the hell am I supposed to know if it's mine if you don't yell out the name or face the label towards us. You said you want us to ask you for health and safety reasons but that is way more inefficient than just simply calling out the name once you put it down. The drink ended up being mine, by the way. Y'all need to do better or get retrained on better customer service and how to work more efficiently.

workers are extremely slow moving.

ordered an Americano on the app. took 25 minutes to make. at 8 in the morning when there weren't that many people. there were about 4 customers in the store and about 5 people working at the counter. most of them just seemed to be hovering around not really working the bar.

the item was made and brought to the bar at the 23 minute mark. instead of calling out the customers names when they bring mobile orders out,they just left items in the counter and started looking around the store slowly for? i don't know.
