Went on a weekday they were fairly busy, the white fish plate os really good fresh the plates are very small the portions are 1 oz measured 2 oz depending what you order, not really impressed possible small company they have to watch portion control understanding. We were traveling and were expecting more food. Portions still seemed small. The atmosphere is good summer nice patio with view of the Lake Superior they are steps away from the marina. Sauces are really good. Simple Mexican not really authentic. Being gluten dairy free makes Mexican food often time a good option. Service was okay the lady at the registered coulnt explain how the food was serve or if the sauce was on the food it was kind of difficult to decide what to order. Recommended the local white fish here very delicious I repeat small plate. Took a star off for small portions and inability to explain what the food is serve, for people gluten aware this details are important as well as dairy free.they are doggie friendly they offer a bowl for water outside. Really good food, good bang for your buck (better value than Chipotle or other similar national chains). Good selection of meats (including non-meat options for those so inclined) and other fillers (rices, beans, etc.). Place seemed to be well-staffed the weekday we stopped here for lunch. Quick and easy to place order; food came out in practically no time. Plenty of seating indoors and a good selection outside, as well. Good view of the bay.

My own fault: I didn't think to add anything spicy inside the burrito, so it tasted a little lacking in that department. Also, the queso was kind of weird. It came chilled and reminded me a little of when my wife used to puree butternut squash and sweet potatoes to make baby food for our kids (when they were infants, not yesterday). Kids liked it, but I think I'll pass next time.

Ordered 2 Mexico city steak tacos and a coke. I figured fast food tex mex has to be quick since I was only one in line. They handed me a buzzer. 42 minutes later buzzer went off. So i picked up my food. The cold cheese for the chips did not bother me as much as my steak and flour tortilla were ice cold. So i went back to counter and asked if this was supposed to be a cold meal? They said no..let's find you in our system. 5 minutes later found order and just dipped in and handed me cash. I asked if they were interested in making me another and manager looked at me like I had two heads. So I tool my money and left. Same experience of totally Cold food. Opened less than 5 minutes from receiving food. Think they need to heat food before serving it out of the refrigerator. Both times were gross. Never will return. Disappointed such any easy thing...
