Im writing this as i’m sitting in the parking lot waiting for a $33 order remake October 29th my boyfriend and I came to this location as it’s the closest to our home after a long day or running errands. We take the food home and it was completely incorrect. I contacted them about 20 mins after ordering that’s enough time for us to get the food and make it home. I’m greeted over the phone nicely, apologetically and was informed that my information would be written in a book and come back any time to get it replaced just tell them my name is in the book. Today Jan 4th (Granted it has been 2 months i was never informed of it expiring, just like when you get a pizza credit, until you use it) i come and do as instructed. I was instructed to drive around and was informed that it’s been 30 days and he couldn’t do anything about it. I informed him that information was not provided to me and that i would’ve come sooner if i was aware. He basically was not willing to help so i asked to speak to the manager which he stated he was the “hospitality manager” And he just couldn’t help me. I was adamant about not being informed and how i just had to say my name was in the book.. A car came behind me so he decided to call his owner while i wait. He had the cook( which was really nice btw) ask me to pull-up and also come out and say he doesn’t know what’s going on but he told him to relay that i couldn’t get a refund me a remake which i stated was fine and what i asked for anyway. He asked me to pull around and he would bring waited and saw about 5-6 cars came and was served so i decided to drive around to check and the food was still incorrect and sweaty. In total i waited about 45 mins for a 3 piece catfish and fish and chicken meal to be renmace and they simply just disregarded me. Read moreIt's not often I crave Captain D's, but when I do, I would appreciate it if the food was not cold. Today, my entire meal was COLD, even the service by Georgie (sp). I ordered the $4.99 Trio (I think that's what it's called. I can't refer to my receipt, bc Georgie (sp) did not give me one, I'm sure it was on purpose, bc she knew her service sucked and I asked her name, which she gave with the buck, stinky eyes. My meal included: One piece of fish, 5 itty bitty shrimps and 1 piece of crab cake with coleslaw and fries as the sides. Georgie (sp) asked if I wanted the slaw and fries, I asked if I can switch out the coleslaw for mac n chz and she said, "Yes". When she gave me my total, I asked why so high and she said, the mac n chz is considered a premium side and it's .35 more. I told her she didn't say it was extra and bc she didn't, I told her I would take the coleslaw instead. REAL TALK, she picked up the bag and threw it in the window and told the cook to put coleslaw in it. When I asked her why did she throw it, she stated, she did not throw it.....yeah, ok......Georgie (sp). She gives me my brrrrr, cold order, I asked her name and this is where I get the buck, stinky eyes. Next time, if there is a next time, I would like my food the temp it's suppose to be. I've been to this location, before, never have I gotten cold food or a Georgie (sp).
