This place is right off the main Grand strand towards down town myrtle Beach. There is some street parking and a lot next door, but know you'll need to pay for parking. The food is overpriced for what you receive. The flavor is not necessarily bad, but we paid $45 for two plates, a coffee, a latte, and an orange juice. The latte was horrible. The owner/ manager (I'm assuming) was really nice about it and offered to remake it. He did, but unfortunately it was just as awful. It tasted like burnt used 3x espresso had been poured into a water glass. The food like I said was overall fine but not necessarily impressive. The one thing that really makes this review so low is the amount of waste they are producing. Whether you are eating there or to go, your food will come in paper or Styrofoam cups and paper plates and disposable cutlery. I can't imagine the amount of waste this is making. Considering we are in a climate crisis as well... Not a good look. It also makes the place look poor in quality. $45 to be served on paper plates. Name any other place that does this.
Update: it's 6 hours later and I have gnarly GI upset. Like, bad. Apparently the food can't be trusted either. I don't know who is leaving these stellar reviews, they are either bots or paid to post. Would...
Read moreOur son loved the night and day waffle and it was a lot of food, my daughter got one of the stuffed French toast topped with fruit and she enjoyed it.
When I asked our waiter if the bread had milk after explaining our daughter had an allergy, he said “it probably does, I asked if he could check and he looked really annoyed, rolling his eyes. He came back and said it does. I get allergies are annoying, but we don’t do it for fun. We ordered her a side of fruit, bacon and eggs. There is no kids menu. The fruit came in a large bowl which explains why it’s $7.99 I guess. The bacon looked like the already cooked microwave bacon. My husband and I got an “omelette” which is hardly what that was. It was in two pieces like half pancakes with the toppings just cooked into the eggs. The eggs were brown and crispy, clearly someone needs to stop cooking “omelettes”. The pieces were flat enough that I put them between my toast. The toast was the best part on my plate. We get to the register and the total is $93. I mentioned for $93 the bacon shouldn’t be the microwave kind. He told me the bacon wasn’t microwaved. I wish I would have gotten pics but we weren’t impressed and won’t be back when we go to...
Read moreFirst day, was absolutely excellent! Nice, young waitress with brown hair was amazing as was the gentleman behind the counter and cleaning the tables. Went back, super excited to have the excellent food and experience we had the day prior...not the case. As we made an attempt to place a very simple order of eggs and toast, the curly haired woman taking our order was less than to desired. She was absolutely the RUDEST PERSON I have experienced in the hospitality industry. She, literally, rolled her eyes after each order and made snide comments under her breath. She then proceeded to rip up our entire order and asked us to write down our order. We respectfully declined and left. The very nice waitress from the day prior, offered a genuine apology. I'm giving this 4 starts because of the food is delicious and our experience from the day before, was 5 stars. Had to knock it down a star due to the unprofessionalism, horrible attitude and then the embarrassment we experienced. If the curly haired woman is there just walk out. If noIF THE CURLY HAIRED WOMAN IS THERE, JUST WALK OUT. If not, go in and experience this...
