Sea Mist Oceanfront "Driftwood" — Attraction in Myrtle Beach

Do not, I repeat, do not book a room at this place. This was the most horrific place I have stayed. The floors were dirty. The doors to the balcony were not clean, The bathroom door was cracked in the middle, the toilet seat was broken. The bathroom bar was broken in the shower. The towels were stained with yellow stains. The one bed was leaning because of a broken frame. The front desk could not do anything except to tell us to contact the air B and B who we rented through. They sent the maintenance man Anthony who was extremely nice and he put on a new toilet seat. Any one of us could have gotten hurt. He removed the broken bed frame which left my granddaughter to sleep on a mattress on the floor with her 3 yr old daughter. No use of any pool, the WiFi didnt work so we couldn't watch TV. I wouldn't let a dog stay here. That would be cruelty to animals. I would like compensation for this horrible stay. I expect...

If there was a zero star review, I would put it. The walls are torn apart, everything's clogged, the freezer doesn't work, and there's no hot water. Do not come to this "place" because we spent 1500 dollars and of course there is no refunds. Pillows are so hard and uncomfortable that we had go and buy some from Walmart THANKS SEA MIST. I stayed in an Airbnb condo 20703. The room was very dirty and while they say it has been updated they just painted walls and put down a new floor in the main room. We cleaned ourselves the next day. The hotel was really kind of gross. The sea Mist has a lot of buildings around a few blocks so a lot of pools and such were available but the halls were always dirty and smelled, as we're the elevators. With all of that said the view was amazing and we made do. No hair dryer. No iron. Didn't want to touch the safe. No toaster. Stove and fridge looked 30 years old....
