Bistro B — Restaurant in Myrtle Beach

WOW. Just WOW. What a truly beautiful experience. I was amazed by this place, especially the atmosphere and freshness of the food. Regardless of it not being popular I do not regret coming here at all, and in fact, the overall peace of the place was enjoyable. Seating is very friendly to families with younger children, or bigger families/groups as a whole. Not too loud, either! Conversations can be had without distraction, or obnoxious noise. Good music, good decoration, chill staff, and ESPECIALLY good food. When walking in, you can immediately tell the effort put into the place, and it is a very comfy restaurant. I can tend to be nervous in new places along with with staff, but I felt very welcomed here, and never was displeased with the service once. To put it simply, the food was PERFECT. Absolutely fresh, and I never found myself doubting for a moment the quality. The seafood is clearly from good sources, and I'm truly amazed with the satisfying meal. Really disappointed in this restaurant experience and the money we paid. Based on the reviews, my boyfriend and I were really excited to try this place out for a date night on our vacation. The restaurant itself on the inside was really pretty! However if you are looking for a good steak, then this is probably not the best option. The waitress we had was not knowledgeable in the wine options when asked about sweeter options. I was served hot wine (it was not chilled). I asked for my steak to be butterflied and it was not. My boyfriend and I both had found a hair in our food. The manager was very nice when I had advised our waitress about the hair found and he had offered for a free dessert. SheOn and the entire team create an environment and atmosphere of fun and relaxation at the same time, which is an impressive gift. The taste of the food and the presentation was delicious, everything from the pizza that the youngest member of our 10 person party ordered to the glazed salmon ordered by the member in our party who is quite the connoisseur in fine dining. The service continued to be timely, prompt, full of cheer, and filled with the most important ingredient: the feeling of love.
