I love Piggly Wiggly and wish them the best. This one is more of a market than a grocery store. Still, I have found some great deals on butcher meats and produce. When the Wiggly at Market Commons closed, I was very depressed. The butcher at the Commons Piggly Wiggly made the best homemade Italian sausage I've found in the Carolinas. I wish that this Piggly wiggly would make more homemade items like the sausage, hot foods and meal deals, expand the bakery, and offer more southern specialties like buttermilk, whole ground grits and different brands of the North and South Carolina type BBQ sauces, and local produce, especially now that the holidays...

You don't find a store with as many smiles, cleanliness, Mr Cannon (owner), is, and has always been one of my all time favorite people on the face of the earth! You tourists that like long lines, and iffy quality products, go to walmart, and take your chances, or come to this piggy wiggly. SMALL produce area.. small, BUT EVERYTHING YOU NEED IS THERE!!! meat section is a whole isle and then some! I love this store, and the atmosphere. Read moreWe were here on vacation. Decided to go this supermarket to pick up a few things. Well we found out after two days of drinking the milk we purchased. It was expired 4 days prior. At home I always check the date. But never came across expired milk. Obviously it didn’t taste bad or we would’ve noticed immediately. On the day of purchase My youngest was quite distracting and through me off my normal precautions routine. Supermarkets need to be aware of what they are selling! It’s not a nice feeling to go back home and have to throw out what you bought. I’ll never go back. Only takes one time for me. Too many...
