Pier 14 is a place for food, fun, and dancing. This pier is loved by one and all, except for Mother Nature, whose hurricanes have damaged the wooden structure. We were here just for a stroll, not for food. A wooden pier that runs out into the water, gives you that feeling of being part of the ocean. Many of the piers in the Myrtle Beach area adorn the coastline with fishing platforms, gift shops, and of course some of the best dining options I guess it’s the most popular pier in town. It has 2 sister piers [Second Avenue Pier & Springmaid Pier] but it is right at the center. Pier 14 Restaurant & Bar: Visitors can treat themselves by visiting this pier on the northernmost end of the oceanfront walkway. Offering both indoor and outdoor seating, Pier 14 serves a menu filled with seafood favorites, as well as a full bar pouring your favorites to enjoy the beautiful views. Fee: to go to the pier, there is a $1 fee.

The price to enter is one dollar and you can use the pass all day until 10pm. The entrance to the pier is through the souvenir shop that is right next to the restaurant. It seemed like a reasonable price and if you don't have cash you can use your card. In my case, I went twice on the same day, in the morning and in the evening. Two extremely different views and you will appreciate it. you can at night see all the lights of the parks and the sky! My recommendation is that you come once during the day and once at night so you can appreciate the differences and how beautiful it can be!
