Literally the WORST service we've had! We did an online pickup order which was supposed to have been done at 9:31. We get there and wait 10 mins at the drive thru microphone (that's how we chose to pickup), get pulled around and a woman comes to the window ON THE PHONE and tells us to pull up and she'll bring it out to us. We wait another 10 mins for her to bring it and I finally walk in and she's sitting over at a table with a man talking to him. The girl at the counter (pregnant if anyone is reading this you'll know who it was) was VERY FRIENDLY and nice, not her fault whatsoever. So when the girl finds out my name the other woman that was sitting on her tail FINALLY decides to go back to making food. THEY HADN'T EVEN STARTED OUR ORDER YET!!!! I waited ANOTHER 10 mins inside because no fries were dropped, no burgers were made, nothing. Literally the most ridiculous service ever. We finally got out of there at 10:10 pm.....so 40 mins after my order was supposed to have been done. And I wasn't the only one waiting for food. And the bad thing is, I'm assuming it was a manager in there that was doing inventory as well and we still had all that drama. Absolutely ridiculous. And before anyone asks if they were busy.....NO! We were the only ones in line when we got there and then three other cars pulled up. Two of those left while we were at the microphone because we had to sit there for 10 mins and then the one that did stay was still waiting on their food...
Read moreI'm not sure why BK lowered the standards of this place and hired this heiffer, but do better. I appeared to aggravated her when I gave her the reward # for an order of fries. She evidently put the # in wrong and got snippy with me instead of asking me to repeat it. she appeared to have wanted me to go away. So I did it again and gave her a different # and that one worked, imagine that. I ordered 2 royal crispy wraps and the fries were free. I pulled to the window she didn't speak, handed me the bag, didn't speak, took my money (kept the .03 cent change) didn't speak shut the window and I drove away.
I've never had such an experience at this place. Normally the people are very nice. Even through their bad days they are nice. My stopping running through that drive way (once per week on average) isn't going to hurt your business even a little bit. But if you keep that attitude for much longer there will be many others that will join me. Rest assured. There are other BKs I could go too ... I always enjoyed the ladies at the window there. In some sort of way I'll miss you guys (Got home and guess what was not in the bag. The free large fries, she put the ketchup in the bag ... there's some irony in there somewhere).
I wish I had gotten her name. I was so angry it was probably not a wise thing. It was order # 33 drive...
Read moreI stopped at Burger King after hearing another spot had a one-hour wait with only one employee. When I arrived, there were about seven cars in line. I figured it would take a while, but it was the closest option, so I waited. It took 20–25 minutes to reach the speaker, mostly because several cars gave up and left. The staff was polite (..?) and quick to respond, but I still sat in line for another 15 minutes, only moving up one spot.
Then I noticed a group of roaches scurrying outside their back door. I considered leaving but felt the least I could do was cancel my order out of respect—having worked in fast food, I know wasted food often falls on employees. After another 15 minutes, I got out to see what was going on, only to find the woman in front of me yelling at staff. She sped off after they started cussing her out. When I pulled up, instead of taking my order, the employees went outside and started a full-blown fight with her.
Having worked in fast food myself, I understand how hard it can be—understaffing, rude customers—but I’ve never seen employees leave the restaurant to threaten a customer. That’s completely unprofessional.
At that point, I didn’t care who the wasted food fell on. I just left. Do...
