We ate at Carrabba’s on 20Jun23. We arrived approximately 11:30AM. There were about 5-6 other tables. Our waiter was Nikos - he appeared to have the majority of the tables, which meant he was doing a bulk of the work. We live locally and visit this Carrabba’s on a regular basis. Niko is usually very attentive and goes above and beyond With customer service. Although today was an exception to the norm. We were a party of 2 – I ordered angel hair Bolognese and requested crumbled Italian sausage and garlic in my sauce. My spouse ordered Lasagna. We received our drinks, appetizer, and salads in a timely manner. After completing we received our entrees (a little slow, but considering Nikos was trying to service multiple tables, we were patient. Upon receiving our entrees, they delivered my angel hair pasta, sauce and crumbled sausage all on separate plates. I noticed the sausage looked burnt but decided to add with the sauce and then add to the pasta. When tasting the pasta, I noticed it tasted ‘gummy’ (or not cooked long enough. I gave a little to my spouse to taste, and we both agreed it was undercooked, and the sausage was extremely burnt. We flagged Niko’s and offered he bring me lasagna (as it would not take as long). Although I agreed – this is not what I really wanted for lunch. When he brought the lasagna, he brought a new side of crumbled sausage (which did not appear to be over-cooked or burnt). I added the sausage to my lasagna entrée. Unfortunately, both the sausage and lasagna were barely warm. I took a few bites and decided I would just take it home and pop in the microwave. I asked Niko if there was a new cook, as we never had these problems before. He said, yes – the cooks float between shifts. I did ask Niko if I could discuss with the manager, he said yes he would tell the manager. We waited, and the manager never came – we are not sure if there was a communication issue, or if the manager didn’t want to discuss. Nonetheless, sadly if this is the service levels we should expect during the tourist season, we will be finding a new Italian restaurant. We do not blame Nikos for all the problems, as I said he has previously always given superb customer service, and we usually...

So I dined yesterday, I had the worst service. The server made us wait 20 minutes for just lemon for my husband tea, and for balsalmic vinegar. Actually when we asked for the Balsalmic, she replied with "ugh ill go see if I can crack some open for you" like it was a chore to ask such a thing in an Italian restaurant. Then the MANAGER delivered our mussels and meatballs because the server was too busy running her mouth at the bar to the hostess about how she's working a double and how there's no nighttime bartender. When she actually brought our salads and soup she made the comment "sorry I could barley fit the lemons in my arms" like its a chore for her to do her job. We felt very unwanted and thought about walking out. The fact that the manager with the green shirt on and blonde hair had to bring out appetizers when it was unjustifiable was horrible on the servers accountability. And when we asked for parmesean cheese,, she said "ugh we have Romano...." she didn't want to be bothered getting the parmesean...ridiculous..Toward the end of the meal my husband felt ill, we had to leave and the server was too busy breaking down the bar at aggressive pace to come get our check, I had to go tell her "hey. To speed up the process let me bring the check to you, husband is ill and has to go now!" The server failed to have any speed, just a bad attitude and unprofessionalism. The restaurant was slow! No reason for such bad service. I wish I could have the 2 hours back of my life and my 100$ i spent for cold food and bad service.. never again...The food was sub par, drink was bland. Service made everything worse, we will not be going to...

Dear Andy This is Mary Ann Baillargeon. I just feel terrible about leaving without telling you good bye and thank you for hosting our Memorial Day for my husband, Roland. The day was so wonderful thanks to you and your staff. Everyone came up to me raving about the service as well as the food! They really enjoyed the food so congratulations to your chefs! The service was consistently excellent Both Nico and the young Lady( I forgot her name) were excellent and considerate of the people , food and the type of celebration of the day! They made sure glasses were full and their guests were well fed ! Thank you for being so patient with our decorating and making your restaurant our for a few hours! You can not have made any money from this occasion? The price you charged was more than reasonable and you made sure we had everything we needed! Andy, you are one of the best people I have ever had the pleasure to meet. You made me feel like family. It hurt so much to loose my husband so unexpectedly that I didn’t think I could enjoy anything as much as I enjoyed being your guest at Carrabbas! I actually enjoyed the Celebration of Rolands Life because of you and your staff!!All of you made our day wonderful Just saying thank you doesn’t seem enough to offer but words escape me. However, your kindness, fairness and professionalism will never be forgotten and I hope you will always remember how grateful we are for your efforts!

With all the Gratitude I can possibly have,

Thank you for your Goodness and Generosity I will always remember, Mary Ann Baillargeon and my entire...

What a great place with great food. My lovely wife and I wanted Italian food so we decided on Carrara’s Italian Grille. We decided to sit in the bar area to take advantage of the happy hour menu. The bartender came right over and took our drink order. We got the pitcher of Sangria (which was very good). We ordered the calamari for an appetizer. I have to say it was cooked perfect. Great taste and was not chewy. For our dinner my wife ordered the Chicken Marsalis w/mashed potatoes and gravy. Came with a salad. Wife said it was excellent. I ordered the shrimp & scallops linguine with red sauce. Also came with a salad. This meal was incredible. So much flavor and the amount of food was so much could not finish it. We haven’t been here for awhile. And now wondering why ? The food was an A++. Bartender was friendly and very professional A++ (an asset to the company). Place is clean. The happy hour is great. Worth sitting in the bar area for. I know that we won’t wait long again to visit. This is a great place to have Italian food. A must stop when you are down the beach. .. ✌🏻❤️🎶

We visit Myrtle Beach 3 times a year and stay for 11 days each trip. 3 meals each trip are enjoyed at Carrabba’s. It is our go to, comfort, happy place to eat on vacation. My favorite dishes are Meatballs and Ricotta, the Tomato Caprese with Fresh Burrata with extra Balsamic glaze, Mahi Wulfe with Penne Pomodoro as a side and the Salmon Capperi. Of course the Blackberry Sangria, the warm Italian bread with herbed olive oil dipping sauce and the John Cole for dessert. Everything really is so good! The reason for this review, however, is to compliment our excellent service on our last visit! Our server was BILL and he is a gem! He is very attentive, accommodating and makes sure every patron he comes in contact with is well taken care of. He has a great work ethic, pleasant personality and seems as if he really enjoys his job. If you’re in Myrtle, stop at the Carrabba’s on 68th N. Kings Highway. You won’t be disappointed! We dined at Carrabba's in Myrtle Beach this evening. No one in our group is a seafood eater, so going to the buffets in Myrtle wasn't on our to do list. Our server was Nikolin and he was fantastic. He made sure we had everything we needed and was friendly, efficient and not over bearing. He showed up to the table at just the right moments with the items we needed or to check in with us. I had the Chicken Bryan with fettuccine Alfredo and a Caesar salad with extra olives and Caesar dressing. Carrabba's Ceasar salad is one of my favorite salads in the world. My entree was hot, plated well and delicious. The other diners with me had the Pollo Rosa Maria and the Mezzaluna. We also shared an appetizer of Fried mozzarella sticks with marina sauce. I would definitely recommend Carrabba's and will be back on our next trip.
