We took our art work to be friend at this location 2 weeks ago. The lady behind me came in to pick hers up and the lackadaisical counter assistant had no idea which are peace was hers or where it waz and she had to look way in the back were the framing is done to locate her piece and then he told her that it wasn't ready yet and she could go next door to Tuesday morning and shop while he made the frame for her. I went to pick my frame up on Friday which was what I was told to do, and he said oh no it would be next Friday not this 1. So my husband and I went back next Friday and it still wasn't done and he told us the same thing he told that lady that it would be about an hour and a 1/2 and we could come back and pick it up. So we are wondering, what does he do during the 2 week wait? When we expressed our disappointment in the framing not being ready for the 2nd week in a row after we were told it would have been ready last Friday, he told us to take our artwork somewhere else if we didn't like it. And he was really rude about it but then yelled at us and told us that we were the ones that were rude. And took our painting and we did take it somewhere else and you should consider taking yours to Michaels arts and crafts store instead of this place also because it was a horrible experience. Clearly there is no organisation in that place and they don't know whose painting is where or what somebody's walking out the door with. It's...

I am a disabled veteran supported by a service dog. I wasn't able to walk into the store but one foot when I was warned to leave because the owner's dog is aggressive towards other dogs. Very disappointing. Most business would place their dog in the back for a customer with a service dog or a fear of dogs. Not this one. I don't recommend based on their lack of customer focus...

FRUSTRATED. I have used this frame shop multiple times in the past and they always do a wonderful job. Since the last week of August, I have been trying to follow the temporary hours posted but seem to always come when they are closed rather than open.
