I went in to make a take out order. The manager was kind and greeted me when I walked in. I asked where ti place a take out order, he sent me to the exit sign, where the lights were off. I felt like I was sent to the basement when I got there. After 5 minutes or so a waitress asked if I have been helped. I told her no, she went and got Layla. She was kind but her attention to detail was minimal. My question was, where are the adults? The waiters and waitresses were the only ones who were hustling to please! My bill was over $158 dollars, we were missing sides, given the sets of utensils, no napkins, no care for cold items with hot items… I paid upfront and tipped her $20! This is frustrating, we live in a day and age where everyone wants tips. However, they offer a low to poor service in return. When you over tip, there is no extra care, courtesy, or thank you. When I got home, I called them 4 times, with no answer starting at 8:36pm. They closed at 9pm and therefore didn't answer their phones for new orders. I feel like they took my money and took my $20 tip, turned off their phones, and shut the door. What manager worth anything lets phones rings unanswered! There were 2 managers on duty! They seemed more interested in being friends than running a business! I work to hard for my money to spend at this Outback… they just DO NOT CARE!!! Its that obvious and...
Read moreThis was one of our worst dining experiences ever. Took 15 minutes for the waitress to even stop by our table. 45 minutes later someone else comes by from the kitchen and tells us the computer had a glitch and our appetizers are coming right out. Before they come out 10 minutes later, our first entree arrives. Over the next 15 minutes, our other 5 entrees come out one by one. By this point, the waiter hasn’t come back to the table at all. We did get one refill during this time from a very nice young man who had originally brought our first set. Finally after sitting in an almost empty restaurant for two hours, we had to ask for our check from some random worker. We were asked by the guy cleaning the table if we wanted a box for the ribs. Told him no, they were not edible. He responds, “yeah, I don’t care for our ribs either.” Manager was 3 tables back wrapping silverware and was completely oblivious to what was going on. Our waitress never came back to the table because it took her four tries and the help of four people from the only other table in her section to get their bill right. After her third attempt, one person from each check went with her to the computer so they could help her get it right. We have stopped going to our local Outback and was hoping this would be a better experience. Definitely...
Read moreWe went to this location because it is near my daughter school. It was about 3:15pm perfect time of day hoping to eat a nice meal with our daughter. The manager that greeted us at the door smelled like a dirty ashtray or chain smoker. We sat got our order in and got a blooming onion delivered. The onion tasted like it was cooked 2 times in dirty oil. A really burnt taste. We were sitting and waiting about 35 minutes and no sign of any food coming. I got up to speak with a manager and she said we are so sorry there is only 1 cook and the ashtray smelling manager was trying to help the one cook put out orders, but "I will give you a free dessert for the delay". While talking to her the waiter came out carrying 3 plates of food on his arms (NO TRAYS I GUESS IN THIS LOCATION) THE FOOD WAS COLD MY WIFE STEAK LOOKED LIKE A PIECE OF DRIFTWOOD WITH WHITE ICING DRIZZLED ON IT. IT DID NOT LOOK LIKE STEAK OR ANY KIND OF EATABLE MEAT. WE ARE FREQUENT OUTBACK CUSTOMERS IN NMB AND THIS MYRTLE BEACH LOCATION WAS JUST TERRIBLE!!!!!!! I WISH WE HAD TAKEN PICTURES THE FEMALE MANAGER SAID WE ONLY HAVE 1 COOK ON IN THE MORNING AND I REMINDED HER IT WAS AFTER 3PM. THAT STEAK AS YOU CALLED IT LOOKED BAD AND MY WIFE SAID HAD A BAD SMELL. YOU GUYS ARE TERRIBLE WHAT A BIG...
