City pizza — Restaurant in Myrtle Beach

Me and my girlfriend had come back to our hotel after a day of shopping and felt pretty hungry. Im not the biggest fan of seafood, but my gf remembered a flyer that had been left under our door earlier in the day and said we should order. I called at 10pm, ordered and was told 35-45mins. After an hour, and a lot of convincing from my now hangry gf, i called to check on my order. The man on the phone was rude and after telling him half the name of the hotel, he interrupted me and said “Driver is on the way” and hung up. After another 15 mins, my gf called and got a bit snippy, this time they told her our driver had just pulled around the corner and would be there 6-7mins max. Said if the pizza was cold we could just order another one tomorrow. I waited outside of my hotel room for 15mins, finally the pizza shows up. They have no card reader or anything like that, so our driver called the man at the restaurant and i had to say all the card info loudly into the phone. After being scammed of the price (flyer said $20, we were charged $34) i opened the box the thinest, coldest most un-flavored pizza and cheesy bread ive ever seen. Would not recommend honestly. My hatred for seafood will disappear before ever ordering...

Hands down one of the worst food experiences I’ve ever had. Gianni’s at City Pizza is a complete joke. First of all, the pizza looked and tasted like it had been sitting out all day and just got tossed in the microwave—dry, barely any cheese, barely any meat, and absolutely no flavor.

Then the wings? Don’t even get me started. I ordered TWO 8-piece wings—one buffalo, one teriyaki. These clowns gave me TWO teriyaki. I called, and they swore up and down they were gonna send the correct order. Never happened. They just lied and ghosted us.

I also asked if I could just come pick my order up instead, and they told me they only do delivery. Sounds like they know they’re serving trash and don’t want customers pulling up to confront them about it. Real shady.

On top of all that, the wings were tiny as hell, like they came from pigeons or something. Completely not worth the price. I’m disputing every single charge and reporting them to the board or whoever regulates this trash.

Don’t even THINK about spending your money here. It’s reheated garbage, lazy service, and they don’t give a damn about doing right by the customer. Save yourself the...

Terrible!!!!! When I placed the order they seemed fine, got the food it was pretty much all wrong. They claimed it to be because the menu I was looking at was wrong, which is their current menu. Salads didnt have cheese or meats as listed, didn't get dressings I asked for, or appetizer I asked for. Got fried mac n chz instead of mozzarella sticks, the fried mac n cheese wasn't even on the menu. So I called to let them know and see if it could be fixed and the person who answered was rude to the max, and said "oh that's what I wrote down and you're looking at the wrong menu".. Um, well sorry you " wrote it down wrong", thats no excuse, and you're menu is obviously wrong.. He didn't offer to even correct it or refund me and hung up on me. And the pizza which was made as I ordered basically sucked. So for nearly $50 I do not, repeat DO NOT recommend ordering from here. And the website says best pizza in Myrtle Beach 😂 that should have been a hint. Oh and the delivery guy was rude too.. terrible all around. Probably the worst food experince and customer service dealing in my life and I've worked in the food industry...
