Plenty of parking here and the location is in vacation destination, surrounded by mini golf places and a lot of entertainment. They have buffet and a full bar. As well as a baked section. There's plenty sitting and the staff is pretty nice and friendly. The reason why I give the rating I do is definitely up for discussion and it is up to u to take it as for the type of service I got. I did not eat in so I cannot speak for their food and this review is only speaking for their service as far as cakes, party appetizers and phone ordering for the same. This review is not for their food and their buffet, that by the way Is pretty affordable and I intend to come and perhaps try it one day. I called the restaurant with very little time, we needed a cake for the next day and 100 little appetisers and they were pretty accommodating on the appetisers and the cake. They told me the cakes they had available at the moment and I had one reserved, I did not have to pay over the phone and I just came by to pick up my order at the time we had scheduled. I arrived 10 minutes earlier and when I got there they had forgotten the fry my appetisers as they were all fried goodies, so I had to wait for them to fry which took a long time. I was there for an additional hour... just waiting for the to fry and I can understand that cause they want the items to be fresh but they could have started the frying a little before that as they knew I was coming at 2pm.... Also some of the items I requested were not available after they told me they had them, they only realised they did not have them once the started to gather them to fry, which shows that they took my order the day before and did not look into it until I arrived the next day, only to realise the things they told me they had were not available any longer. They asked me if I wanted to chance someone of them and I did, however once they Brough me the appetisers they took the liberty to switch some of them again! at first I thought they were trying to redeem themselves and gave me some extra items I did not ask for to make up for the items they didnt have and the wait, but no.... they just deliberately swapped some of the appetisers I agreed to for others and those were in the count of items I was paying for.... I was confused as to why they did that and the only explanation I have is that the perhaps did not have enough appetisers again and did not wanna come out and let me know cause they would look bad gain so the decided to swap them and make it sound like they were doing me a favour? idk I was confused.... AS I arrived at the park with the items, we tried them and they were not very tasty, the were made with a very heavy kind of dough and they felt real dry, I made a dip for them and it didnt help much.... we needed up eating them but it was far from good. Also they looked overly fried they were very dark looking out of the frier.... perhaps that is why they were so dry. and the type of dough they used also did not help on the taste of the appetisers. The cake was pretty good but also not the best I ever had, their type of cake tough was also pretty grainy and dry, but overall with the fruits and the sauce and glaze it was saved.... They have great prices, but their items as far as bakery goes, I am not impressed. I will maybe come back one day to try their buffet but I will avoid ordering appetisers and cakes for a catering here again

I had one of the worst lunch experiences of my life today at Copacabana Restaurant in Myrtle Beach. I ordered the “Picanha” plate from the menu, which was supposed to include rice, beans, salad, and yuca. What I received was burnt picanha, old reheated rice (which seemed like it was from the day before), and just yuca. They didn’t bring the beans or the salad at all. To make things worse, the restaurant was practically empty, yet it took more than 45 minutes to be served. There was only one server in the entire restaurant, who was also handling the payments — which made the service even slower and more frustrating. I brought all of this to the attention of the server, and he simply said “that’s how it is.” That’s unacceptable. I paid over $60 for a full meal and only received poorly cooked meat and yuca. This is not just bad service — it’s dishonest and misleading. I left extremely disappointed. I’ve never been treated so poorly or served such low-quality food. My rating is ZERO. I absolutely do not recommend this place.

We love frequenting locally owned and operated spots when we travel, and this restaurant was good find! It was a bit of a wait to get our drinks and our orders taken, but when the food actually got the the table...man! They go all out. Really big portions, excellent quality ingredients and flavor. We tried several different menu items and everything down to the rice was full flavored and delicious. The Brazilian beans (one of the sides) are one of the most unique foods I have tried (not being too familiar with Brazilian fare). Heaps of yucca fries were popular with my kids, and my husband loved the pizza. The big appetizer sampler is something I highly recommend. It will easily feed 4 people.

BAD management!! that's the simple answer for the 2 experiences I had at this place. My first experience was at July 4th, I went there with my family and a group of friends. I arrived there at 7:40 ordered 4 "pasteis" while waiting for the my friends to arrive. they did not serve the "pasteis" until 9pm, and I had to complain several times to get it. My friends arrived at 7:55. We all ordered the main dishes at 8:20. Our server came to our table apologizing for the delay at 9pm, and promised the order would be ready by 9:15. we agreed to wait. at 9:10 he came back and said we would need to wait at least 25 minutes more. so we order at 8:20 and would not get it until 9:35(at least). the server would blame the kitchen and the busy night. we.saw a bunch of empty tables, the restaurant was not very busy as he kept saying. we saw him apologizing to other customers as well. there was a couple that arrived a bit before us, and had to wait more than hour to get their food. once we found out our food were not even being prepared, (the server told it was ok to cancel the order), we all decided to leave. I paid for the "pasteis" and for the.sodas. Believe it or not, after all this experience, 2 days later my daughters asked to go back there. They wanted to eat the "pastel" again. I said to myself.."Ok, maybe they had an issue in the kitchen on July 4th, they maybe ok today". the we stopped by again, talk to the same server, he apologized again. I told him, that was a shame, I felt very bad for bring my friends there..bla bla bla. We.sat down, ordered 4 "pasteis" for appetizers and 4 burgers. we asked the server to bring the appetizers first...30 minutes later...we did not get the "pasteis". We asked for the manager. We saw the manager coming towards us, but when she saw us, she stopped and turned around and start talking to some other family or restaurant members and Ignored us. the server came back and asked me to pretend he was the manager and I could complain to him. that was the end of story for me. I later found out the lady I thought was the msnager is actually the owner. She has the restaurant in a very busy touristic area and she does not care about keeping customers. My bad experience and my review will not make a dent on her business. Anyway, I belive my review will help you to avoid such bad time when visiting Mirtle Beach in SC.

I wish I could give minus 5 star for the management. I see they replying other customer that had the same experience I had. They saying we are destroying their business... Dear Manager I see this similar complaints on your facebook from years ago. That's prove my theory of you being a bad owner and dont care a about your cuatomers. Fortunatelly, there is internet nowdays and it help us cuatomers to make better decisions in where to eat. Just do what you are suposed to do, you are in a sevice business, provide a good services. The food might be great, but good food needs to go along with...

Came in on Saturday looking for some good Brazilian food. The place was packed and decided to stay thinking they muat have good food. We wentto the patio to sit following another family and where the issue started. We sat out there for over 30 minutes waiting for a waiter to bring us menus and ask for drink orders. I got up and asked if someone would come over and was told yes. We waited another 10 minutes and nobody had come over to us or the other table that walked in at the same time. We left. The next day we decided maybe the service was bad buscause they were busy and decided to give them another chance. We walked in on Sunday afternoon to the workers having a heated discussion about when to stop the buffet to start orders off the menu only.... right in front of the door customers come in and out. We decided we did not care if it was the buffet or menu... again we wanted some good Brazilian food. We again were told to take a table and they could be by soon to help us. Again we sat there foreverwaiting for a server to come and assist us. I went over to one server and asked why we were not being helped... He said he would be right over. Another 10 mins go by and again I had to go over and asked him to help us. He came over and I flat out asked him why we were not being helped. I asked is it because of us per say do you cater to only friends of the owner or locals... he said yes the cater more to the locals I was floored. He always tried to give every excuse as to why things were happening. We were trying to be understanding and even gave them a second chance. My mother went over and spoke to the owner and he apologized and assured us that he would handle the matter. We should have never stayed. We ended up having the buffet and it was awful excelt for the beans and rice. Everything else was old over cooked, think shoe leather steak. Chicken wings so over cooked that you could have broken a tooth. We prefer small businesses and mom and pop places so I hate we had rhe experience that we did. We spent over 150 dollars and should have just eaten at Rioz or Guachos. My husband is the owner of a small restaurant so we understand what can go wrong but to ignore and gaslight a...
