Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Myrtle Beach

As a brand regular, I find Jersey Mike’s to be fairly consistent (city vs city, state vs state). And I order the exact same sub each time. Third time in this particular store in the past couple years. Three strikes you’re out. After a barely edible sub the previous week (bread was seriously stale), I politely asked the young man if one type was more fresh than the other one. I wasn’t looking for an apology or free food. I simply wanted to increase my chances of a better experience. Devoid of any emotion or care and almost bothered by the question, he shrugged and mumbled something like how would he know, the bread is always all the same. I ordered anyway. Couldn’t eat it - the bread was super stale (again), which would have bothered me less, had my in-store experience been more pleasant. Staff at this location are rude and disrespectful. I placed an online order for their location. When I arrived, they informed me they could not find my order. Jennifer was rude and short. She said she is not responsible for any online orders pinging to the wrong location. She made a few calls to the other locations and found my order 3 miles away. When she told me where to go pick it up she very rudely said “you’re welcome.” She acted like she was doing me a favor. We were never greeted upon entry. I was trying to explain the type of sub that I wanted and I got an attitude from the gentleman that was helping me. They never asked me what type of bread I wanted and as soon as they started making my sandwich I stated you didn't ask me. I wanted the Rosemary parmesan and they did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. We visited a different Jersey Mike's yesterday and the difference was unbelievable. I would never recommend this jersey Mike's. Terrible unpleasant service. But you don't like your job then...
