I came to Myrtle Beach for vacation on the 1st of July. I checked out today on the 6th. While here I've visited this location 3 times. Each time the service got worse. Today was terrible. The manager has a MAJOR additude problem. I ordered a steak egg & cheese bagel and well as a bacon egg & cheese bagel. When I got my order, my sandwiches were covered (more like drowning) in this creamy yellowish sauce. I was disgusted, and thought I'd gotten someone else's order. I take the sandwiches back in and politely asked what was on them? One young lady was polite and said it was breakfast sauce😐😐. I travel for a living and have eaten at McDonald's all over the country. Breakfast is my favorite meal. I have NEVER heard of breakfast sauce, especially when I ate there twice this week and never had this stuff on my sandwiches. Anyway, I asked if I could get them redone or something else, and the rude rude manager comes up and starts yelling about how she can't make me another sandwich because its lunchtime and they have never steak. Okay, well just give me a refund please. Well I can't give a refund, because you got meals and your not returning all of the food..😐😯😕. Okay, well just give me 2 chicken sandwiches, and she says OK. I literally, waited 15+ minutes for 2 sandwiches. While I'm waiting, I'm watching her interact with 2 women from the rest home next door. They were placing a large order for the residents. She got upset with them, because they didn't call ahead and place the order. One woman stated that she did, but was refused and this manager was soooooo rude and dismissive to them. Loyal customers shouldn't get treated like that. I asked one of the women if they come there often? She said yes, every week. And when they do come its always a fight with this manager. I think its shameful for a person in a position of management, to behave like this when she should be setting an example for all of the teens that work there with her. Needless to say, I will never spend my money there again. I have no problem drive further out for...
Read moreThis one did a particularly good job, my last visit.service was better than most people that worked there where a good group atmosphere quaint and a little cozy, I've had a lot of bad experiences with this place and initially I was wary, you pulled it off Mickey D , I was impressed.I recently visited McDonald's and had an excellent experience. The variety on the menu is impressive, catering to all kinds of tastes and preferences. I decided to try the Big Mac, and it did not disappoint. The beef patties were juicy and flavorful, complemented perfectly by the fresh lettuce, pickles, and the iconic Big Mac sauce. The bun was soft and held everything together nicely.
The Chicken McNuggets were another highlight. Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, they were cooked to perfection. Paired with the tangy barbecue sauce, they made for a delightful snack. I also tried the McFlurry for dessert, and it was a sweet treat that rounded off my meal perfectly. The ice cream was creamy and smooth, with generous amounts of toppings mixed in.
Of course, no visit to McDonald's is complete without their legendary fries. They were hot, crispy, and seasoned just right. It's no wonder they are a favorite among many. The service was quick and efficient, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment to enjoy my meal.
Overall, McDonald's continues to uphold its reputation for delivering tasty and satisfying fast food. Whether you're in a rush or just craving some classic comfort food, McDonald's is always a reliable choice. I highly recommend...
Read morePulled up to the drive through to order 1 happy meal for my daughter. Girl on the drive through mumbled something very quickly through the microphone, my 60 year old mother who was driving/ordering simply asked "what"...girl replied to us in a very huffy tone with a slightly slowed down version of what she just said. My mom asked for just a minute to order. The girl cut her off mid sentence and started talking to the lane over. When she came back several minutes later, my mom who was pretty offended at this point, mentioned how absolutely rude she had been, at which point she decided to refuse us service. I also work in customer service, so i definitely understand how difficult some customers can be....i'm not sure what kind of day this girl had had...however, i cannot understand how that particular employee is allowed to speak to people like that. If when we had asked for 1 minute she would have said "sure thing, let me just help the lane over" we would have been more than understanding. Instead she was rude from the jump, cut us off, and then was equally rude returning to the order before fully refusing us service. I usually only write positive google reviews, but this was so completely out of left field, i just had to write this. We are locals, we use this location often, but...
