My husband and I have been going here forever. So incredibly dissapointed this time. Our vanilla shake was so overmixed, it was literally like water. I remember we ordered shakes in the past and have barely been able to suck them through a straw they were so thick and delicious. I ordered a mix in shake with butterfinger, and the girl working gave me a cup. I said oh no, I wanted a mix in shake like I ordered and she stared at me for 30 seconds while glancing at her coworker. It was not busy at all, there was one couple behind us with 1 child. Her coworker said, yes that's a thing and the girl continued blankly staring at me. I said ya know what? I'll eat it like that, it's fine, but it wasn't. She knew it wasnt and didnt care to make it right at all. Just continued staring blankly at me like I had 10 heads. So dissapointing. Customers always right? Nah not here. You're dissapointed in our 10 dollar icecream? Eh too bad. We don't care. Absolutely...

This is not how you make a milkshake. You mix milk or cream in with your ice cream to help liquify it, and it makes a nice bodied shake.
It still tasted fairly good, but I didn't order a watershake. I ordered a MILKshake. MILK...Shake. It's a no brainer.
The next day I was walking by and thought "Oh I should get a milkshake", but then remembered, "oh yeah, water". Cost cutting measures also cut...

This frankly disgusted us and we walked out of the building after waiting in line for so long. the employees were working in slow motion despite having a line almost wrapped around the building. we are very disappointed and because of the lack of concern or eagerness from your employees you lost business of six people...
