I give this not for the worker especially at the window she's amazing. But for the owner and manager. They do not take care of the customers, they are greedy and only care about the dollar. I own a business so I understand the quality of good customer service and they lack it highly. This has happened more than one time when I have gone there I asked for something simple like can you put more caramel syrup in my coffee that I just purchased or something and they act like it's the end of the world and say that I need to order a whole new coffee. The latest experience was I were ahead of time 98% of the time. I accidentally bumped original instead of decaf most companies knowing that I come there as frequently as I do would offer to just give me a decaf coffee. They made me order new coffees and throw the old ones away. Because I told them that My coworker cannot have that much caffeine. Instead of being considerate and understanding that it was an error on ordering on the app they said we have food costs. I understand how all of that works. But coffee is one of the most highest profit thing to sell. And it is not like they are hurting for customers considering they always have a line and people are constantly overpaying for coffee. So once in a while if you have a customer that needs something it shouldn't be the end of the world for them to say oh yeah let me just put one more squirt in there or whatever. Didn't matter - the iced coffee was terrible, it tasted sour and like it was made more than 4 days ago. Although I mobile ordered long before - it didn't save me any time because they didn't start the food until I was already there. I asked for an everything bagel and a croissant - and after the long wait I got my goods, drove away and discovered I had received two plain bagels. I called and their response was "uh, come back and we'll fix it." I simply said I've already waited long enough. I can say one positive thing - The gentleman at the window was friendly. I wouldn't post this if it was the first time something like this has happened... It isn't. I think I'm finally giving up on them. This location and the kdh location seems to have turned in to a joke. It was run so much better when they first opened. Not to mention the barely acceptable health department score that just keeps seeming to get lower...
Read moreThis has been the worst experience I've ever had at a Dunkin Donuts establishment!!! We ordered our food through your app and proceeded to the store. When we arrived, the store was locked and only the drive thru was open. We got in the drive thru line that was wrapped around the entire back of the store. After waiting in line for 43 minutes, we finally got our order which was cold. Our crossaints were cold and the coffee was cold. When we let the cashier know, he asked us to drive around the front of the store while they remade the food to ensure that it would be right. When we pulled off, we noticed that the sandwiches were still not hot. It seemed like they microwaved it (which sucks for an hour wait on an order). The coffee was still not right either. What an awful end to my vacation!! I will never return...
