Subway — Restaurant in Nags Head

Food is usually pretty good but.......if you use coupons(app) expect a DRASTIC drop in quality. I ordered the same 2 sandwiches for my wife and I three days apart and used the app with a BOGO coupon the second time and you could have fit all the toppings from both footlongs in a six inch sub. I normally wouldn't leave a bad review but after the sixth bite of empty bread I'm a little pissed. Just don't honor the coupons rather than rip people off! The ONLY reason it's 2 stars is because the gentleman behind the counter was pleasant(probably thinking about the look on our faces eating empty bread lol). Seriously just don't except...

Walid owners son helped me out and did the best customer service ever!!

I was on outer bank ( Nags head) area on the thanksgiving 🙏🏾 weekend to get away during the pandemic. Most of the restaurants were close due to holiday but this subway came handy where, above-mentioned owner’s son went out of his way and helped to fix my sandwich and soup and give me so much history about this place & near area. which I was like wow.......! I wish everyone would be friendly like walid. It’s called the word of kindness. Be calm and nice each-other won’t hurt but it will do all good...

Came in for dinner Olga make a disgusting face at my wife when she asked for pickles on her sandwich subs barely had any meat to Begin with unlike usually subway experience this location was very unprofessional no one was in any sort of time since to make our food 2 subs should of been a 5 min process but took 15 one was as simple as a meatball with nothing extra but cheese there was also no tea left drink machine was outta ice but no one look...
