Where do I begin? I ordered 5 birria tacos and somehow ate 25. You can tell that they take their time making their food and no matter how many people they serve in a day, the quality never goes down. The consommé is absolutely perfect, the portions are generous, and I’m sorry but the birria tacos were just sooooooo GOOD! I mean DANGEROUSLY delectable, I’m talking tactfully tasteful, PRECIOUSLY PALATABLE if you will. One singular tear fell from my right eye after my first bite and a mental projection of my inner child’s happiest moments played back in a montage in front of me. We had a side of fries and they came out super hot and crispy. The garlic sauce is potent and earthy. It is a little confusing on how to order as it is not clear on how the ordering process works. Walk up to the Square Terminal and person working nearest the checkouts, they will get you set up. They have a tasty horchata drink as well but the mango drink was meh.
