Atrocious! Terrible staff; rude, disrespectful, and treated me as though I were a disruption to their day. I brought excellent quality home items including Fostoria glass, Pyrex dishes with lids, and assorted glass and metal serving items. I was trying to be of service…I am very disappointed in this location. My experience in the Indianapolis store was 180 degrees different. Do some staff training.

Love the mission! Love the value! I know it's manned by volunteers but it would be nice if there was a way of communicating with associates over the phone. For example it would be nice to know if this restore location had certain items in stock e.g. ladders or filing cabinets, etc. not good to make the drive if you don't have what I'm looking for. This by no means is a game...
