first time visiting!!  to be honest i never really like chicken but...i will say that the chicken fingers here are some of the best I ever ate! i cannot believe the amount of people inside!  its a fast food restaurant but from outside looking in, its packed!  the parking lot is also almost full! the services is great!  to start with, there the friendly cashier taking our order with a pleasant smile!   you be surprise even tho its so busy!  as customers leaving, they got staff cleaning tables!  I am serous, you dont ever see employees at mcdonlad or burger king actually clean the tables!! the food is tasty and whatever they did the chicken it tasted fresh lol!  the chicken fingers are a pleasant surprise.... Canes has a very simple menu you can argue they dont have much choice but yet, the food are very good! My kids love their lemonade LOL

I was unaware of this restaurant before a few days ago, I had never even heard of the place. I was driving and passed a billboard with Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers on it and then a few minutes later, ended up right next to it. This place does nothing but chicken tenders! No burgers, dogs, just tenders. Now that's a place for me. They have various meals that include chicken tenders. Some on a sandwich, by themselves, etc. The meals come with awesome crinkle fries, coleslaw, Texas toast garlic bread, and a drink. I have to say, the tenders were scrumptious! Everything was great. The only gripe I have, and it's a small one, is they don't have or serve BBQ sauce, only their own special sauce and Ketchup. I will definitely go back as often as I can. This is a place worth seeking out!

This restaurant makes me think of all the good things in life. I got the caniac combo, and it was the best thing I have ever put in my mouth. The crinkle cut fries were amazing dipped in the Cane's sauce, and the chicken, oh don't even get me started on the chicken. AMAZEBALLS. So tender and crunchy, the batter on the chicken was so crisp. The coleslaw was untouched. But the Texas toast was my destiny. I will come again and snatch the chickens away. The sweet tea was so lip smacking delicious. I sat in the corner with no worries in my mind. Thanks for a good time, I will come back until I get sick of you. Which is never. ;) I love you Raising Canes, but I ponder how you make your chicken. Thanks love u.

To be perfectly fair and perfectly transparent, I am leaving this review on behalf of NOT ONLY ME, but also my 16-year-old son and my 13-year-old daughter. I'm doing this because I will no longer eat Canes. However, they have an INCREDULOUSLY different opinions. I WANT TO CLEARLY STATE RIGHT HERE AND NOW THAT I AM NOT ACCUSING CANES IF ANYTHING NOR DO I BELIEVE THAT THERE'S ANYTHING INHERENTLY WRONG WITH FOOD FROM RAISING CANES, I AM ONLY STATING MY EXPERIENCE AND, JUST LIKE EVERYTHING, EXPERIENCES MAY VARY! Ok, so..... Unfortunately, a couple...to a few years ago, I worked in the upper management of a company that, as a reward for both the management and their employees, celebrated by gifting us a day where we worked the first half of the day, but then at lunch, kept us on the clock, but we weren't working. It was a free afternoon with a fully catered buffet for everyone to enjoy. There were, from what I recall, at least 7 or 8 different booths set up. Each different restaurant had their names/logos attached to, labeled, with some even being FULLY decked out. It was our own lil 'Taste of Chicago'. Was Canes one of these options? Yuppers. Did I eat the Canes? Also, yup. Well, lucky ducky me ends up getting sick AF with food poisoning. Can I say it was definitely the Canes that made me sick? No. However, I also can't say it did not make me sick either. Just like myself, not ONE of the people at this lil shindig ONLY ate Canes. We all ate from at least 3 places, minimum and out of 113 people who ate the food, 17 of us got food poisoning. While IN NO WAY, again, AM I SAYING IT WAS THE CANES. However, I'm sure you understand why I now just can not eat Canes. It's due to that damn anomaly of you CRAVING to eat something like a mad dog... and then after you do eat it, you get sick fast enough to still TASTE IT. Kind of DESTROYS the flavor....eternally. Especially with that same exact item, maybe it's just me, but I don't ever want to eat it again. MY KIDS: "Canes is the BEST. FrFr. The sauce absolutely sauces and the chicken EATS. Don't let this keep you from letting Canes dance wit you're taste buds. Braaaah. Never goin back to...

Horrible customer service experience. I went to the the Naperville restaurant. A good deal of time had passed and I had not received my order. I noticed that four people that came in after me had received their orders. I asked the woman behind the counter where my order was. She went in back and said that it was coming right. My was simply a 4 Chicken strips meal. I stood at the counter waiting. My order still was not coming out. As I watched two more orders for people after me receiving their food. Another employee asked me what i was waiting for. In a raised voice, I stated that i was still waiting for my food. And pointed out the customer that was receiving his food came in 10 minutes after me. Some manager came up and asked what the problem was. The girl at the counter showed him the receipt. As he walked in back, i heard exclaim to the staff "This should have come out twice by now." He returned to counter and then rudely asked me what the problem was. The girl already told him about the order. So I don't understand the attack at me demanding that I explain to what my problem was. I then asked to forget about the food and to just give me a refund. I stated that I would prefer to go somewhere else at this point. He stated that he could not give me a refund because they already gave me my drink.....what??!!! I repeated that I wanted a refund. He said that they had already made my food and that they would not give me a refund. I asked him if they already made it, where was the food. He said that they were "salting the fries". I asked again for a refund. He repeated that they had already given me my drink and made my food. Keeping in mind that during this exchange that lasted 3-4 minutes, my order still was not ready!!!!! After becoming so angered by him, I asked him to go away because I did not want to talk anymore. I wanted get my food and just leave. I told him I would never be back. Just please go away from me. He then asked me what my problem was. It was at that point that I could not take anymore of his rudeness and left the restaurant. I never received a refund on the $8.46...

Customer service was friendly, but I'd expect nothing less since they are currently branding. Good location despite being petty and setting up shop right across from their competitor Chik-fil-A smh... I am not sure this franchise can thrive in the midwest let alone Chicago market with only 2 damn things on the menu. Chicken fingers 3, 6, 12, 24 piece... and A (1) chicken sandwich with 1 signatute sauce which was basically thousand island with cracked peppercorn pepper (thumbs down). I had to go home and use my buffalo wing sauce for taste instead. The fries were standard (can't mess those up)...and the texas toast is their pride and joy which to me is hilarious because it's just that toast! No garlic or honey or anything spectacular that you can't make yourself at home. Place was packed due to recent opening 2 weeks ago so people are simply inquisitive at this point, but to be down the street from Portillos and surrounded by other major chains that offer variety corporate is going to have to come up with a new game plan, because not only do people not want to eat the same thing multiple times a week but I'm sure I'm not the only one that gets bored quick! Chicago is known for good food so we have high expectations....this hits on a average scale to be overpriced. I wasn't impressed to go back, I'll stick to...
