Last night we have visited the bar about 10 pm. We are tourists but we travel to Naples since five year and Shaneās cabana bar was our favorite spot. We wanted to show this nice place to my sister-in-law and her husband. Just when we arrived at a table a mexican guy(service) asked us for a cigarrete if he would give us a dollar. My husband did not want to spend his last two so he rejected. The guy answered in a very unfriendly way :ā You do not want to make a Dollar?ā and just went to the other tables. It was a bit confusing because he was asking at every table around us. We also had a camera on the table to take some pictures from us as a memory. The next time he passed he was asking if we are really filming and seemed to be annoyed even though the camera was pointed at us. After that everytime he went away with the golf cart he stared at us like he was looking for a confrontation. I still donāt get it because he works there! When we arrived we were in a good mood and wanted to get some cocktails but this guy seemed a bit angry that we went to Pinchers after 2 drinks. He is the reason we will not come back. Just wanted to have a good time and not spend our money for a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI frequently have enjoyed this place for a few years now, but the bar back who gets a little drunk at times decided to get too drunk and kick me and my service dog out. It is unfortunate, as my service animal is required for me, and the staff knows this, the bar back was just rude and drunk. Very unbecoming.
Iāll be back, but this type of discrimination is wrong and should be addressed.
EDIT: Updated the review to 1 star because after we moved to the designated area, the bar back came back and told us that we must leave. When I repeated I had a service animal and disclosed my purpose for the animal he told me āthe owner doesnāt care and wants no pets in hereā and then said āyou have to leaveā. I am not sure how someone can think this is an appropriate response but I canāt let this deter me from trying to live a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreCame out here at 3:30 on a Sunday with a group of 12. Great service and great drinks. Weāre lucky enough to enjoy some live entertainment from a one man band on the sax who serenaded the whole group. He was the highlight apart from Tabitha who crushed the cocktail service for all the tables.
Downside is the jerks who live in the condos across the street that complained about the wonderful gentleman playing the music. Itās 5pm on a Sunday people; what is wrong in your life that you have to complain about a patio bar on the harbor with some music.
Would come back again and couldnāt say enough great things about the vibes...
