I cannot rave enough about this Arby's location—it's like the epitome of what fast food should be! From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted by genuinely friendly and enthusiastic staff who seemed more like pals than employees. This team understands what customer service is all about!

The cleanliness of both the restaurant and the parking lot was exceptional. As a parent of a child who uses a wheelchair, I was particularly impressed with the ample space and accessibility features.

The food, oh the food! We ordered the Beef 'N Cheddar and the signature Arby's sandwiches. To accompany those, of course, were the curly fries. Every bite was a testament to freshness and flavor. If you’re a fan of Arby's, you know what I'm talking about. But if you haven't tried this location yet, you're truly missing out. The atmosphere was comfortable and inviting, making it a delightful dine-in experience for lunch.

Let's talk value. For the quality and amount of food, the price per person ($10-$20) is very reasonable. The service is so efficient that we got our food in no time, allowing us to make the most of our lunch hour.

For anyone contemplating whether or not to give this Arby's a try, do yourself a favor and just go! It is hands down my favorite in the area and has become our family's go-to spot for quick and satisfying meals. Trust me, after one visit, you’ll be planning your next meal there.

And a special shout-out to the lovely lady who handled our drive-through order with an incredible blend of professionalism and friendliness. Such individuals make loyal customers out of first-timers. The nice lady working the drive through did ALL the right things. Very kind, patient and welcoming. Her pleasant demeanor and positive attitude made me feel like I was actually appreciated and not just one more hassle for her to deal with. Most of the drive through a in the area can be quite unpleasant (especially KFC, they are the worst.) this woman not o LYM took my order with a smile, but then she handed me my drink AND THE STRAW, together, which is such a pet peeve of mine (because putting the straw in the bag means I have to sit, thirsty in my car and wait for my order before I take that first drink, it’s torture!) Then, quite quickly my order was handed to me and I asked for sauce but she had ALREADY put my horsey and Arby’s sauce right there on top. She smiled and told me it wasn’t her first day and we laughed together like we were old friends. I told her she was awesome and she thanked me, then I thanked her and was on my way. Such a satisfying experience will GUARANTEE that I am now, officially a returning customer. Thank you Arby’s for hiring someone who actually makes the customer feel good, and eager to return for the GREAT SERVICE!!! Now go give that pretty red headed woman a raise! She’s earned it!!! Food was decent It took me so long to place my order, and from my pov the young lady that was taking my order needed help and the lady that was helping (I'm assuming manager) was visibly upset I don't know why unless that's just her demeanor but as a person who works in the service industry just why the nasty attitude? I paid and had to wait some more to get my food but there was no other cars in the DT and like 2 people in the lobby... Granted I had 1 chicken slider but you should always be prepared with a certain amount of items on hand at all times (I managed an arbys a few years ago I know how things should go) That said if I'm having to wait that long for my food at least ensure that everything looks amazing and my fries aren't 1hr old dude I love Arby's fries but heck that was gross...
