Bella Nashville Pizzeria — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

I will never spend my money at this place again. They are unsanitary and the manager cares nothing about their customers. I decided to spend money at this establishment after walking past it several times. When making my pizza, the worker used his bare hands. Before adding additional toppings, he put his hand in his pocket. Although the pizza looked delicious, I asked him to make another one. He tried to explain that he used hand sanitizer. I explained to him that I saw him put his hands in his pocket. He went back to make the second pizza...with his bare hands...again. Keep in mind, I just witnessed the manager put on gloves...and there are plenty of gloves in the box. The second pizza looked NOTHING like the first one. The edges were burnt, there were barely any toppings. I asked for a refund. When the worker went to speak with his manager, the manager said, "Just give her the refund and get her out of here." At this point, I'm livid on the inside and calm on the outside. I ask speak with manager. I spoke with him calmly and explained why I felt this was unacceptable. He proceeds to tell me because they made two pizzas for me, he doesn't understand what the problem is. Workers are a direct reflection of management. I will never eat at this establishment again. And if management continues to be this disrespectful towards customers, I don't see this establishment staying opendled...

Although the pizza wasn’t terrible, it wasn’t outstanding either. It tasted pretty average. First off, the white lady who took my order was extremely rude. It was my first time trying them with my father. The menu looks very jumbled and can be confusing at first glance. I accidentally ordered the #6 (which I actually thought was the #5). My father’s order was correct but I was confused thinking I ordered the #5 but didn’t and accepted my mistake. When I told the lady, she argued that I ordered the #6 in a loud snappy tone. I insisted I was well aware that I said #6 but I really meant to order the #5 instead. There was hardly any line and I wasn’t asking for the entire menu. I owned it was my mistake but she still wanted no part in hearing me or remaking what I thought I ordered when our total was over $30 for two pizzas and two waters. Finally, a friendly Hispanic man apologized and made me the one I was wanting. Customer service and professionalism is everything! Her attitude turned me off and made me question returning...

Best Wood-Fired Pizza Ever!

This was hands down the best wood-fired pizza I have ever had! The flavors were incredible—perfectly crispy yet soft dough, fresh ingredients, and that amazing smoky taste from the traditional wood oven. Sitting right in front of the pizza oven while enjoying my meal made the experience even more special.

The highlight of the evening was the Italian chef—so friendly, always smiling, and personally welcoming every guest. He took the time to chat with customers, making us feel like family. His passion for authentic Italian pizza truly shines through in every bite.
