This staple was on our list when visiting Nashville. We picked this location because it seemed less frequented in comparison to the original location so we were hoping to get service quicker. We didn't wait long perhaps 15/20 minutes. The restaurant was well lit with natural lighting throughout which I really appreciated.

We ordered: The B-Roll (10/10) - this was delicious. The bun itself was hot and gooey and just pulled apart, the pecan sticky bun sauce was tasty and sweet, while the pecans gave it a nice crunch to the texture.

Plain Biscuit (5/5) - We had to try the actual biscuit solo since neither of our dishes consisted. It was flaky and buttery. The jam wasn't needed but it certainly was a nice addition to add a pop of sweetness.

Bill Neal's Shrimp and Grits (6.5/10) - the grits were tasty, creamy and smooth. The shrimp were interestingly small, like dime size so I can't account for whether they were seasoned well or not because they were so small and had a very low impact on the dish. There was a gravy on the dish that packed a good amount of flavor with the green onion and mushroom. There was just nothing to make me say I needed to get that dish again.

Chicken & B-Waffles (4/10) - the chicken was simply not Korean fried chicken. It was fried chicken in Korean sauce, that's different. Korean fried chicken is super crispy because potato starch is added to its batter and the chicken is fried twice. This second frying also cooks off the excess water in the chicken from the first frying, allowing it to stay extra crispy for a long time, even with a glazed surface. This wasn't that. Additionally, whatever batter was used didn’t hold well as half way through the dish, I was picking up pieces of chicken only to find the batter left on the waffle underneath. Secondly, a bubble waffle is tricky to start with because they don't have the texture and fluff of a normal waffle so it's important to get the batter right, this waffle was flavorless.

Note: If you're just going for the biscuits and to-shares, it's a 5 star experience. However, I personally like the complete package and if I had to chose I mainly go for the entree's. Based on what we ordered, where one entree was a "customer favorite" and the other a new addition to the menu, I could only give...

I’ve been here multiple times and have never been disappointed! Today was busier than any other time I came- 10am on Sunday morning. The line was out the door and almost wrapped around the corner. We waited in line for about 45 minutes (because it’s worth it) and then got up to the counter to order. There was a large group in front of us that didn’t have their whole party with them but we’re ordering for 9+ people and I could tell that the employees were struggling with them (the customers were yelling across the store at their family and just being a lot, the employees were incredibly patient but you can just tell). So when I got up to the counter with my party of five, I ordered first and while the rest of my group was still ordering, the manager, Aisha (I could’ve spelled that wrong) went to show me to our table. She was being really friendly and apologized for something (though I honestly have no idea what she had to apologize for). I told her not to worry, that they were doing amazing and killing it. She stopped in her tracks and looked me in the eye to ask me “how did you know I needed to hear that today?” I just smiled and reassured her. Then the rest of my party came and sat with me and my sister told me that she thinks the manager gave us something free. Apparently Aisha went back up to where we were ordering and asked the woman at the counter to comp something. We ended up getting two free desserts. I did not expect that nor do I think we deserved it! She was so incredibly sweet and patient on a busy Sunday morning. The place is really efficient and all of the staff is amazing 10/10 recommend even if...

Nice spot down the street from where we stayed during our Christmas vacation trip to Nashville TN. It was a small, quaint space, but enough to for seating. It was full when we got there and a line, but the wait wasn't too long. Gave us time to peruse the menu. Tried the East Nasty which is a Biscuit layered with a boneless fried chicken thigh, covered in sausage gravy. And I also got scribbled eggs and grits, along with Oolong tea. The scrbled eggs are not usual look of scrambled eggs, but almost like a rectangular omelette. Which I admire the different take on the eggs. Did not realize the tea would actually be real tea leaves brewing in a small glass pot of hot water! Unique experience for me concerning a restaurant, but I enjoy unique. The biscuit as well, is not your original grandma-type biscuits. It was squarish, and kinda flaky like a croissant, but it did have a light Biscuit texture. Everything was very nice, but I would say I'd hope the biscuit top and bottom would have been a little softer, although this is how biscuits are. Also when the oolong tea first comes out, I liked it light and smooth, but the longer it sets or steeps, it will definitely get stronger quickly. And it did keep it's heat the whole time I was eating brunch. I will definitely try Biscuit Love again and try another option...

Wow ! What an amazing experience! Me and my travel buddy went for breakfast and we heard about this place by checking local recommendations and friends who had been there before us . Nothing prepared us fir the exceptional warm welcome that the manager gave us . The food was also outstanding, and everyone we interacted with felt more like a good old friend who embraces you rather than somebody working in a restaurant. We had a East Nasty plus Bacon & gravy plus the beignet with blueberry and cream, and the cinnamon bun with pecan and another sauce I cannot remember the name of . The chicken was perfectly fried, not greasy at all, moist inside and so succulent . We topped it with a sunny side up egg and oh my god this is heavenly stuff ! The same for the bacon and gravy the bacon was crispy and tasty and the gravy was the perfect accompaniment for it ! The beignet and the cinnamon bun were absolutely perfect too ! So far, over the last 3 days, this is the highlight of the trip! And the service, the energy and the warmth of all the staff that work there makes this place unforgettable! Lastly , I cannot stress enough how incredibly good and nice the manager was with us. It is rare to find this level of professionalism. I can’t wait to go back
