Vanderbilt University Museum of Art — Attraction in Nashville-Davidson

The Vanderbilt University Fine Arts Museum seems to be a bit of a hidden gem. I was rather impressed with the works they had on display (Foujita's Cats & c.). The main entrance is not apparent and may take a moment to find if one doesn't know exactly where to look. Once inside, a lobby and elevator greet you. The signage isn't particularly clear to direct you to the gallery upstairs, but there are only a few options to explore. Upon ascending to the second floor, you are greeted with the possibility of university students studying outside the gallery. The layout of the exhibition itself was well done. Anyone with an appreciation for the arts would likely enjoy this museum. I'll certainly be returning when another exhibition that piques my interest arrives.
